    When I went to backup the files from the device's internal memory to my PC hard drive, Norton detected a virus. The file named "RootInfo.exe" contained the W32.Huhk.A virus which Norton identified as a High risk and quarantined before it was copied. So, please be cautious with this item. Once the infected file was removed, the device seemed to work fine.

    This is the second time I've tried to warn potential buyer about this product but Best Buy does not appear to want to post this, but I'm trying again anyway. I purchased this digital photo frame and while it takes some getting used to, the greater issue I discovered was that the internal memory contained a file which was infected with a virus. I discovered this when trying to backup up to my PC the video files I had copied to the internal memory. In doing so, Norton identified the file RootInfo.exe contained the high risk W32.Huhk.A virus which Norton quarantined so it did not infect my PC. I then deleted RootInfo.exe from the photo frame memory. Anyone buying this item should take care.

    Screen is too small (about 7" x5"), too dim for viewing across a room, and more complicated to operate than other true 9 "-10" digital photo frames. I had it shipped to my local Best Buy, but I returned it.
