I was very happy with the entire transaction. Ordering it was easy and it was available for pickup in a short amount of time. I did have to wait in line for a while at the store to pick it up but it is the holidays so that is to be expected.

Great sales price for the 128GB device. I've noticed that Bestbuy continues to have the sale off and on, its best to grab it on sale. Chose to purchase an iPad over replacing my current laptop and I must say it was the better choice.

our only problem being senior citizens was getting any follow up. it came with no usage manual so we could get the maximun potential out of the I-pad. you did match the on line e-bay prize but that isn't the point. you should step up and offer better service and tech help that they can't do that. at least with that we would still choose you and kept our purchases in erie. so that leaves us with a choice. both deliver a product in a box or one also makes sure you really enjoy the product.

Good quality and reasonable price but need to invest on Apple Pencil for a better experience with drawing and writing

Bought it as Christmas gift for the wife. Also got stylus to accompany and works great. Nice screen for Netflix style movies.

Great! My daughter was very surprised. And happy to have this tablet to use instead of her laptop because of the smaller size

This is the second iPad I have, mainly used by my daughter she loves being able to use a pen for productivity, keynote and notes are good, not a full laptop replacement but is pretty close, I like that the new OS alow me to set screen / app.

This is the 1st ipad that I got and wasn't sure if I would like it. I actually like the pages for documentation and the fact that I also have PowerPoint to use as well. I mostly need it for documents and it's meeting the needs that I have.

If you've had an iPad before, then you won't be surprised or unhappy with this. Bought it with a keyboard that makes it feel more like a laptop than a tablet. Haven't had any problems, and it's just the same consistent quality Apple iPad.

Easy to set up and so glad that I decided on the Apple iPad . My son has had an iPad for almost 3 years and he has never had a problem with it. I decided to treat myself to one and so glad that I did. You won't be disappointed.

This ipad is great for the price. Not as fancy as the Ipad Air or Ipad Pro but still does all the things I need it to do.

Received this as a Christmas gift from my husband. I absolutely love it. Since we already had one iPad we knew what we wanted, so purchase was easy and the customer service was great. The iPad is easily my favorite electronic right now.

Access to everything IPad OS has to offer, at a fraction of the cost of some of the higher end IPad models. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a budget laptop. This is the perfect truly portable alternative.

Great IPAD. Easy to set up and use . Speaker sound is off somewhat so not sure why but restarted and it works great.

I am still trying to get used to some of the new features. The sales person that waited on us was very helpful. You didn't have one available at Lakeland, but ordered from Brandon and it was delivered at our door by mail.

You know what this is and what it does. Typical Apple product quality - it was packaged well and everything worked as expected from a hardware perspective. Also as expected, using iTunes to move from the old tablet to the new one was incredibly frustrating. It eventually worked, but it is never as easy as it should be. What Apple gets right, they get right. What they get wrong, is horribly wrong (two-factor authentication, passwords, iTunes remembering non-existent devices, etc.)

I am an iOS musician and this iPad is nice but didn't really have the power I needed to run as many instances of AUv3 apps as I would like. I upgraded from an Air 2 and this one seemed slightly better in some cases yet a little slower in others. If you're just using this as a browsing tablet and for light use, I'm sure it's just fine. I plan to upgrade to an Air 3 instead.
