I love this thing. We have 3 dogs and for the first time ever, my floors are consistently clean. It mapped all my rooms with no problem and navigates the floor transitions between rooms without a hitch. Its never gotten stuck. The scheduling feature is wonderful. I set it before i leave for work in the morning and come home to clean floors! The mopping feature also works well, although it only advises to use distilled water. I usually spray my mopping solution on the floor of the room its mopping so avoid putting the solution into the vacuum.

I was so excited to set up my Ultravision and was thoroughly impressed with its first run! I thought it would take a while, so I started with just a map of my whole home. Later, when I actually started the first run, I was amazed at how quickly it completed cleaning the whole house! The navigation is amazing; it stopped right before running into something. The app also has many useful features, like setting up boundaries or cleaning a certain spot or a specific room. Overall, I'm very impressed with my Ultravision, and this was a wonderful addition to my home!

Overall as a vacuum/mop this thing does the job nicely. When it comes to the front camera noticing low objects, cords, clothes, etc, I have noticed it to be pretty terrible, most of the time driving right over things and getting stuck. This was with the feature specifically turned on in the app as well. Other than that this thing is solid as I said. The app is not the best ui wise but has it has the functions it needs to. I did get this thing on a crazy discount which made it more worth it.

The Bobsweep has been a good purchase for me. With my house when making a map it does get confused on the walls where i have to have it create a new map. Minor inconvenience but it does take care of the floors goes under the couches and all that fun stuff.

I have loved and been fascinated by his ability to map the house accurately. I had a few issues learning to use the app to get started, but i got great help from some from some girls. The helpline they helped me with all of my issues, and I was so grateful to them. I followed Bob through the house. The first couple of rounds, and he flawlessly follow the map, the rest the cleaning process. You can even ask him to do just a certain room. Or avoid certain areas by blocking it out on the maps app. My husband also loves it. I recommend it highly.

The mapping is right on track and performance is great! Floors and carpeted rooms have never been cleaner.

I was able to get this vacuum for a steal, it works great and cleans super well with different cleaning mode and it also self empties itself when it returns back to it's dock. The app makes it easy to map out the entire house and label each rooms, it does a good job of avoiding the objects thanks to the camera and the lidar sensor. You can add non-mopping areas in the app as well, you can create a daily schedule so it will automatically run it as scheduled. Self emptying is also another great feature, it does that automatically when it returns back to the dock after cleaning, it also has various cleaning modes in the app. Sidenote, my cat loves following it around every time it turns on.

Amazing. This product cleans our whole house without even using more than 30% battery. The 8000pa suction clean everything picking up all debris. The mop attachment cleaning everything after adding the no mop zone via the app

I was hesitant on buying another robot vacuum since my previous shark one had went out, this one’s been amazing and reliable and has more technology built in! To be fair, this is much newer than my previous shark branded one. The app does a great job on storing maps and setting schedules for rooms and it’s easy to use

It definitely has made it so I vacuum a lot less . I was able to score this on sale for 300 so definitely worth it at that price . It doesn’t get all my pet hair but pretty close and keeps dander to a minimum

Its an excellent product, cleans my entire house and battery life is amazing.

Worked well, the mop could work better. I liked the different settings to how powerful the suction would be

I've been using about 6-7 months now and it's been great. I have done minimal maintenance, and still using all the original parts, other than a bag change. It moves pretty fast, and the suction is more than enough. I have a cat and it picks up the hairs with no problem. There's a gap between the dining room and kitchen that most robot vacuums I've had in the past have struggled to get past, and this one struggles the least over all the others.

Bib does a good job sweeping and mopping, although we need to get a better fel for the mopping. It mapped out tge 1st and 2nd floors without much of a problem although some thresholds challenged it. To adjust the map areas set up by Bob are a challenge. This needs improvement.

I bought the vacuum on sale, and it was a good purchase so far. I must say it does not have the most incredible map system, but it helps a lot and save time when you program it for certain hours. So it was a win for the family. it has a good app.

Easy to setup. Does a good job at sweeping. software is a little tricky and sometimes ignores "no-sweep" zones I setup. At $700 off though was a very good value.

This is just an average cleaning bot, not a $1000 flagship unit they're claiming. Got BoB here to replace a Roomba e5 that quit after IDK how many years. Picked this up for a bit over 300 with tax, if I'd payed full price, I'd be severely disappointed. Cleaning... On par with the Roomba, even though BoB has only one brush/roller vs Roomba's dual roller setup. Never tried BoB's mopping function. Mapping is decent but BoB is pretty dumb, like instead of going back and forth down a hallway lengthwise, he goes side to side in 2 foot increments. He also has trouble with the slightest of thresholds, something the Roomba rolled right over. He usually keeps trying though and makes it past. Now lets get to edge detection, if you have a flight of stairs he could fall down I'd look elsewhere because I have one step down to my back door and he's fallen off the cliff 3 times. For some strange reason edge detection in the app is set to off by default, be sure to turn it on when setting it up. I did have it on and yes the sensor was clean but he still went over the edge 3 times so far. Maintenance... the self emptying station works well and the bag is not even half full after 9 months so that's good. The included hair cutter/cleaning tool works good but hair still gets wrapped around the center shaft at the ends and that gets pretty tricky to remove. Side brush is stupidly difficult to get off, the Roomba had one screw, this thing requires some serious effort with a screwdriver, a tiny precision screwdriver works best to pry under the rubbery plastic and pop it off. The caster wheel is also a PITA, requires the removal of two teeny tiny screws to get the wheel cage off for cleaning. The Roomba just popped out. So all in all, it's just okay, an average cleaning bot that does a decent job vacuuming. I'd say it's worth what I paid for it but I'm sure there's better deals out there.

We have really enjoyed this vacuum. It has done a fantastic job mopping, vacuuming and mapping the area. We do not regret buying

Coming up on 4 months of ownership, so far only complaint I have atm is UI issues within the app, and the brush sometimes instead of feeding it to the very strong vacuum it decides to launch larger objects like cat/dog food throughout the house, but thats just a SMALL issue compared with how nice it keeps my house, oh and the mop function works, but it doesnt perform as a mop would just because it doesnt implement hot water or soap of any kind. The bagless design is amazing as well, overall I definitely recommend and would buy from this manufacturer again. Very good technology and functionality. Innovative? No, but definitely a strong foothold in the industry.

Fantastic. Zero issues. It runs its route and then goes and empties itself exactly like it's supposed to. It's also pretty quite.
