They had some tables outside and associates who we were able to sit with one-on-one to discuss my specific needs in a new printer. My business is a tattoo studio and for making stencils we need a printer with toner for it to be able to run stencils through our thermofax. The associate (a woman, cannot remember her name) was extremely helpful in recommending printers that fell along the lines of what I was looking for, and we decided on this one to be shipped directly to my shop! Not only was this printer extremely easy to set up, it works fast which is so nice. Not hard at all for any of my artists to link up their iPads, phones, etc. to be able to print their designs.

I also have a Brother J895DW for color printing. Reliable printers and no maintenance required. Best Buy was fast and had the printer delivered, free shipping, in 2 days after Amazon quoted almost 2 weeks. Same price.
