Tough build, fast focusing speed, and weather resistance design are really make this lense one of the best prime lense for the X series. Picture quality is superb and extremely sharp across the frame.

Bought this for the wide angle view and the clarity and fast focusing is astounding but the bokeh is really what impressed me most! As sharp as my Fuji 50mm F1.2 lens but with more applicability. Highly recommend this lens for your Fuji X-mount camera.

I have the Fuji 50mm F1.2 which is amazing but you have to be a bit of a distance for portraits so I borrowed a 16-55 F2.8 zoom which is impressive and the 16mm range is perfect. So naturally, I put the 50mm up for sale and bought this lens and I have to say... it is awesome!! Clear as can be, fast focusing and does well in low light. I'm very happy with this lens and highly recommend it to anyone with the X-series Fuji cameras.

I recommend this lens to pair for your fuji x series camera. It's very sharp, produce good back ground separation and has close minimum focus distant. Very nice all around lens.

16 mm Fuji lens feels pretty solid it just screams QUALITY! When I tried this lens in a shop for the first time it seemed very heavy to me. I think it’s because I compared 16mm Fujinon lens with my 18mm lens which is extremely light this lens produces much sharper images than 18mm. I would definitely recommend this lens to other Fujifilm lovers out there.

This lens is sharp and fast specially when paired with X-Pro2. It also focuses super close. I love this lens.

I have a number of Fuji XF lenses, but if I had to choose just one prime lens and leave all the others behind, this would the lens of choice. Read the reviews. Fantastic optics; wide angle; close focusing, fast 1.4 aperture.... This lens does it all! HIGHLY recommended for XT-1 or XPRO2 users.
