    Not very comfortable. If you are tall, this thing will not line up on your body well. Has to be used on the floor, cannot be used on your bed. It has air vents that using it on a bed will block. As someone who has difficulty getting on the floor and back up, this item will not work for me.

    Great device and feels great being used but the issue is the price and it would be nicer if it was longer since im “6’1” I dont fully fit on this but it feels great still.

    I had no idea what to expect from this product...all I knew was that my back often tightens up throughout the day, and I spend most evenings lying prone, trying to loosen it up. When I read the the title of the product, HoMedics Air Compression Back Stretching Mat, I was certainly intrigued, but very skeptical. But I took a chance, and I am ecstatic to say, I'm a skeptic no more!! Great job HoMedics, you really knocked it out of the park with this one!
