    I thought it would be a bit faster due to upgraded processor and ram, but it is pretty slow. My son says it lags on Roblox so he doesnt like to play Roblox on it. Works great for using internet.

    has no hard drive. not allowed to unwrap in store. Not item i purchased. Contacted Refurb company and HP. is NOT certified HP. Missing HP component HD thst secures HD
