This product is great, easy to use. Really no additional help required. Cleans the house fairly decently. Good for a quick simple clean while you go out for a while. It does tend to get stuck and may require assistance otherwise wonderful product.

Runs on average 1 hr 40 mins at a time and then battery is low. It’s very loud for my liking. I thought it would be quiet. And does bump into a lot of things and makes loud noises.

Debated buying one for years, but after a couple short weeks, I am very happy. Easy to set up after it's initial charge. I personally would not run it when not home...I'm too paranoid about something going haywire. My place is all hard wood floors which it is great on, although it struggles to get up on an area run in my living room. I run it every other day, and it fills the canister each time...I have two dogs and a cat, and I actually really recommend this for other pet owners. Since getting it, dust bunnies are mostly a thing of the past. The cliff sensors work well and it has never fallen down the stairs to my lower level. I don't think the barrier accessory is worth buying if you run it when you're home...I just pick up the dog bowls and shut the doors to rooms I don't want it to go in. I also flip the dining chairs up onto the table and put the bar stools up on the kitchen bar, so it doesn't spend a lot of time bumping into them. My dogs like to watch it return to its dock but otherwise ignore it...my cat is absolutely terrified of it.

This is my first robot vacuum and I love him. I say "him" because he has a personality and I've named him Rudy. He works so hard sucking up debris through my house. I have him on a daily schedule to clean and it definitely reduces the need for me to sweep or dust. Rudy gets stuck on the cat toys and under the couch sometimes so I do need check for obstacles before I let him loose. But, that helps me keep the house nice and tidy. I recommend this product to anyone of the fence on whether the cost is worth it or not. Get one!

We bought the Roomba on a great Black Friday sale, hoping to use it to keep the bottom floor of our house clean. Unfortunately, for whatever reason (too dark? too thick?) it will not go on a large throw rug we have, complaining that it's stuck on a cliff every time it tries. On the positive side, it works great on the rest of our floors, and keeps the floor under our couches clean. My wife used to make me periodically move them so that we could clean under them, so in this case Roomba's a godsend. It would get 5 stars easily if it would only clean throw rug.

One of my favorite buys, bought one for my daughter and another for moms. battery last a decent time and cleans well, definitely would recommend. very easy to use. the only recommendation i could give Irobot is that is should clean in a pattern instead of a random formation.

After purchasing and charging unit to full we set it off on its first job. At first it seemed to just go over the same spots but then it eventually started cleaning all areas in each room. Very pleased with how it cleaned the floors. Cleaning the unit is easy as well.

Haven’t had it long, so far easy to use. Nice that it gets under the sofa to get the dirt and dust. Good price bc I looked around and the refurbished are selling for the same price. The only complain I have is it is a little loud but I can live with if it takes care of one less task I have to do

Definitely you get what you pay for! It does a great job of vacuuming and it’s extremely nice coming home to vacuumed floors. Only con is it always has trouble finding it’s home (even if we haven’t moved it) it’s not a big deal just thought I should mention it! Overall solid purchase!

This is a good vacuum. It cleans well. It is connected to wi-fi so I can start and stop it from remote. BUT, it gets stuck a lot. When it gets stuck it sends me a message so I can go and unstuck it. The problem I have is that I was hoping to set this up at 2am so that it's working while I'm asleep. Too many times I've woken where it sent me a message that it got stuck and that the job was cancelled. I've tried setting up blockers but somehow it still gets stuck on low hanging parts of furniture or sofas. I have regular furniture and sofas so I would think it could handle the obstacles, but it doesn't. The Roomba needs you supervising. Good thing is I can be elsewhere around the house and if needs me I can go correct it. I just wish it was more autonomous. I still recommend this vacuum though.

Vacuum works great, only just began using it. It can get stuck on some tricky places like the base of a standing fan, otherwise it does the job. Wish the dust bin was bigger tho. Overall I can tell the robot will be very convenient and useful to have around the house.

Absolutely love this product. My life has gotten easier to come home to. We have 2 kids and 4 pets. The vacuum handles all the mess they make like a champ. If I had a complaint it would be how it doesn’t always return to the charging base. I dont mind since I don’t have to sweep hardware floors any longer.

I bought this to help me keep my house clean since my fur baby’s hair is attracted to everything. This is easy to use and set up and it helps me keeping my house clean

This does its job well and I like it but wish I would have spent the extra $$ to have the one that maps out each room since this one just cleans anywhere and it takes a long time for it to find it’s homebase.

The Roomba 675 was very easy to set up. It is able to navigate a hallway and vacuum multiple rooms. Has only gotten stuck one or two times, once at the top of the stairs. I was able to purchase it on sale and is well worth the money! Overall has performed well and I would recommend!

Using this daily to keep floors free of pet fur -- we have two dogs who shed a ton. Our home has never been cleaner. I wish we got one earlier. Note: empty trash bin after each use and keep rollers free and clear for optimal performance.

Easy set up and runs efficiently. The battery hasn't run out and it cleans well. For an entry level model, we're extremely pleased with it. Doesn't have all the features of others, but several hundred dollars less so it's a win. We're in our 70's as a reference

I bought this during black friday special and it is a great product. I tested it buy vacuming an area then letting this go at the same area and it picked up so much more. A little loud but very valuable part of the house now.

After originally being skeptical about an actual robot in the house I decided to give this one a try due to my reluctance to sweep on a daily basis. All you have to do is set it and forget it, cleans the house and even charges itself when it’s done.

My daughter is convinced that it is sending information back to headquarters for a nefarious reason. I think she doesn't like how it forces her to pick things up off her floor and clean her room. It works great, thorough, and a bit loud (especially with working form home).
