This subwoofer is perfect for my needs. I have a 2018 Honda Accord that does not have a speaker upgrade, but has clear audio, but NO bass. I went into Best Buy in Murrieta, and Chase was super helpful, led me into the audio selection, and even had me speak with their experienced audio tech. Once installed, it made such huge difference. It is beyond what I could have asked for, at a very reasonable price!

Well let’s just say it’s everything I needed. I don’t like the trunk of my car vibrating like crazy which makes your music not sound good. This is the perfect subwoofer for a nice sounding system. I got this running on a JBL A5055 5 channel amp and it sounds nice. I’m gonna change out my 7 inch screen in my 2020 Dodge Charger and get the 8.4 which will also make it sound better. When I’m riding it sounds like I’m in a movie theater. It hits so hard I can only turn my volume up to about 21 or 22out of 38 because my door speakers and deck speakers which I change out with Rockford Fosgate 6x9s have my panels vibrating so much. Overall great subwoofer and at 46 it’s way way more than enough for me. I didn’t have any burning smells other people were talking about maybe that just comes from not hooking it up right.

Extraordinary Subwoofer on its own. Great depth of sound and decent punch with the right amp of course. Very reliable and versatile as i had it hooked up to three different amps. Not at the same time obviously. I can only imagine what two of them would sound like. And im soon to find out because i love it so much as well as its price point that i am buying another soon and a box for the both of them. Wish me luck!

Mann this thing is flat out thunder son paired with kicker 800w amp. Very over impressed. Definitely recommend for a decent bass in newer vehicle with factory in replaceable head unit.

The CompR subs pack a punch. This single 12” setup will surprise you with the bass output it produces. The only thing better is the enclosure with two subs! Some do put off a burning odor when first connected to an amp. You will think the sub is fried but it is not. The smell goes away after a few hours of use. I was told by a Kicker representative that it is the excess glue used to bond the speaker burning off. Mine no longer smells and sounds great.

Honestly for the price this subwoofer is extremely worth it. I had it on the CXA kicker amp and it hit so hard plus with the voice coil it has it added to the depth of the music not just bass.

This is a really good subwoofer if you have an SUV and you don't want to use up all of your space with amps and speaker boxes everywhere. This is not competition stereo stuff but for the average person who wants to feel their music not just hear it. This will more than do that job. It's a great subwoofer.

Upgraded from a 10" Comp C loaded enclosure to the Comp R and I was not disappointed. The lows were amazing, this speaker hits hard paired with the Kicker CX 800 amp. Mind rattling bass! Unfortunately I'm not able to give it 5 stars since it fried after about 6wks with occasional heavy use. Not sure if its the amp pushing too much power but my gains were only turned up 1/4. But I'm upgrading to the Kicker L7s Solo-Baric 12" which supposedly pairs perfectly with the CX 800. Either way the Comp R was a hard hitting sub matched with the right amp.

If you want big booming bass, this is for you. I originally had a 10in kicker sub, but this sub blows that out of the water. Literally, its sat facing outwards in my enclosed trunk and it’s completely shaking my whole car. I don’t think anyone could be disappointed with the punch this sub packs.

The enclosure is heavy and big for a 12 inch sub, but it’s worth it because it produces deep bass.

I bought this as a replacement for my old Pioneer sub that had went out, obviously I was way behind because I wasn't aware these new subs were as good as two old ones, this thing hits hard and makes all my mirrors shake in the car, I absolutely love it!

I love kicker. Excellent boom for your buck. I drive a large suv and this fills the space. The dual set up was just too much bass. Flexing rhe roof glass too much bass lol. This kicks really hard for a single 12. Worth every penny.

Have this thing connected to a trashy 250 watt amp ive had for years and it still thumps! Can imagine how much better it would sound with a better amp. Well worth the money. Fits perfect and doesn't take up much room. Can still fit plenty of groceries. Lol
