This mixer is great. We have a side business producing cupcakes and small pastries for personal use and sale and this mixer performs excellent. I would highly recommend this mixer above any other brands and models. People should at least try this mixer and this brand first rather than last

I purchased this specifically for sourdough maintained at about 70% hydration. It kneads the bread in less than 4 minutes and doesn’t overheat. It is rather loud, but not too much of an issue. Will recommend this to anybody who asks.

My wife was a professional Baker, now that she's 70 years old, it's hard for her to mix heavy dough with her hands. It took a while for me to convince her, but she finally gave in. She loves the mixer and would want to be without it.

I will never use a different mixer again. There are so many different attachments available as well. I can simplify my kitchen world and get rid of other things taking up counter space. This does it all in my kitchen. Very quiet

I’ve had this mixer for about 5 years now. I’m extremely happy with it! As someone who bakes in large batches, I can fairly say I’ve put this to good use. Don’t skimp on good mixers. The high price = long lasting

I have had no problems using it, glad I got the Pro model. I have used it quite a few times since I got it and wish I had gotten one sooner. The kitchen counter is large enough that it has its own place there.

This is the best mixer in the market today. You will pay more, but it's worth every penny.

I personally own the KitchenAid Professional 500 mixer and it Is amazing. When my best friend who bakes way more than I do mentioned that she wanted one I knew I had to get it for her. I decided to go with the 600 model because there were more color options available, and I knew she would prefer white. She was completely ecstatic when I gave it to her, and has been using it a ton and it is working perfectly. I’m so happy to know I gifted a quality product that will last a lifetime.

Fantastic Mixer! A little bit expensive but it would be a good investment!

I use my stand mixer almost exclusively to prepare dough for bread making. Over the years, I've burned out the motor on two previous KitchenAid stand mixers. Hopefully, I'll get many years of use this time.

The mixer arrived with the bowl height perfectly aligned. I used it to mix and knead dough for wheat rolls and it worked perfectly, although I had to scrape the sides of the bowl a few times. It isn't quiet, but not too noisy to worry about.

This pro style mixer is built solid and has all the features you could want.

I had a 4 quart that I inherited and it stopped working. Rather than have it fixed, I invested in a new one. I have always wanted a new KitchenAid. The only thing I do not like is it is quite noisy.

If you have the $500 (or less on a good sale) to throw at a mixer, this is your guy. Powers through yeast bread dough like it owes money. Limited warranty is very generous if you use it responsibly.
