Didn’t know LG made laptops until I read about this one on consumer reports. Keyboard is different from my old Alienware but that’s just getting acclimated. Light weight. Easy setup, Fast with a great monitor. Was even on sale. Extremely happy with purchase.

After the hard drive failed on my HP Spectre, I knew it was time for a serious upgrade—both in performance and storage. I also wanted a machine with an Intel i9-level processor and enough memory to future-proof my workflow. After researching high-end ultrabooks, I landed on the LG Gram 17" Copilot+ PC with the Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 2, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD—and I couldn’t be happier.
What I Love:
Featherlight and Solid: Despite the massive 17" touchscreen, this laptop is shockingly light. It feels like carrying a 13” ultrabook, but with all the screen real estate I need for multitasking and media work.
Performance is Snappy: The new Core Ultra 7 chip handles everything I throw at it—photo editing, multitasking with dozens of tabs, and even some light video work—with ease and zero lag. The built-in AI features and Copilot+ integration are an added bonus that makes daily productivity more efficient.
Ample Storage and RAM: With 32GB of memory and a 1TB SSD, I can run multiple demanding apps simultaneously and store tons of files without blinking. It’s a night-and-day difference from my old setup.
Gorgeous Display: The 17” WQXGA screen is crisp, bright, and touch-capable. Great for working on visuals or just enjoying Netflix in razor-sharp detail.
What Could Be Better (but not deal-breakers):
Keyboard Feel: It’s decent, but not as tactile as some premium ultrabooks I’ve used. Still, it’s comfortable once you adjust.
Webcam: It's functional for video calls but could use an upgrade in clarity for a laptop at this price point.
Final Thoughts:
The LG Gram 17” Touchscreen Copilot+ PC hits a perfect sweet spot of power, portability, and productivity. For anyone needing serious specs in an ultra-light form factor—and who’s tired of dealing with overheating or storage bottlenecks—this is a fantastic choice. It’s exceeded my expectations, and I’m confident it’ll be a reliable workhorse for years to come.

I was looking for a new laptop with a large screen as I work with a lot of spreadsheets and reports I have been very pleased with the LG Gram 17". It has the large screen I was looking for, along with the touch screen. And I especially like how surprisingly lightweight the Gram is as well. I haven't had the chance to take while traveling but looking forward for the experience.

My 5 year old ASUS suddenly died so I walked into a best buy store and picked this up at a discounted price of $1300.
It met or exceeded all my criteria, including at least 16" screen, at least 1 TB storage and at least 16 GB RAM, and I couldn't have asked for more.
It has a great battery life, very receptive touchscreen, and can't believe how light it is!
I use it mainly for work and it's been excellent. I hope it lasts!

I bought this as a replacement for and HP that I had for years. My HP had many accessories that you cannot find in the new laptops. While more expensive than the HP Omni Pro, understandably as it has a 32Gb in lieu of 16 ,easy enough, it also has more ports than other brands. I dont take my laptop out of my personal space, but the weight of 3.2 lbs is pretty cool. I am not a techy person, but this one works great and super fast.

This is my second LG Gram. I love the 17” screen and light weight. It’s so light I sometimes have to check to see if its in my bag because it feels empty. The procesor and 32Gb are more than sufficient for my needs. I definitely would recommend this is you are looking for a good light weight laptop.

After one month of general use, the LG Gram 17" stands out primarily for its combination of a large display and extremely lightweight design. The 17-inch touchscreen provides ample screen real estate for multitasking, web browsing, and productivity, yet the laptop remains surprisingly easy to carry, which is a major advantage for a device of this size.
Performance has been smooth for everyday tasks such as web browsing, streaming, office applications, and light multitasking. The Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 2 processor, paired with 32GB of memory, handles these workloads effortlessly, and the 1TB SSD delivers fast boot times and responsive application launches. For general use, the system feels consistently quick and stable.
Battery life has been solid, lasting through most of a full workday under typical usage, though it can vary depending on screen brightness and multitasking. The laptop runs quietly during normal operation, with fans rarely becoming noticeable.
The display is sharp and bright, and the touchscreen is responsive and accurate. However, the glossy finish can lead to reflections in brighter environments. Audio quality is adequate for video calls and casual media consumption, but it lacks depth and volume compared to larger or more media-focused laptops.
Build quality is good overall, though the extremely lightweight chassis can feel less rigid than heavier premium laptops. The keyboard is comfortable for extended typing sessions, while the touchpad is large and responsive. Port selection is practical, though users relying on many peripherals may still need a dongle.
Pros:
Exceptionally light for a 17-inch laptop
Large, sharp touchscreen display
Fast performance for everyday tasks
Generous RAM and storage
Quiet operation
Cons:
Chassis can feel slightly flexible
Glossy screen reflects light
Speakers are average for the size
Not designed for demanding gaming or heavy creative workloads
Overall:
The LG Gram 17" is an excellent choice for users who want a large screen in an ultra-portable package. It excels at productivity and general use, making it well-suited for professionals or travelers who value screen space without added weight, as long as expectations for audio quality and high-performance graphics are kept in check. Buy at a sale price if you can!

So far I pretty much like this computer. I am not tech savvy, so there has been a learning curve.

After heavy 16 inch Lenovo Yoga 2-1, I need a lightweight laptop that I can care around. This is big screen and light. Don't waste money on Surface Pro. I got SP 7. Microsoft computers are make to break. For the same price and quality, I got the Best Deal and Windows Laptop. I consider MacBook Air 15 inches. This is on sales $999 32gram. Sound is not great as Lenovo or Macbook.
This is a GEM that this 63 years old woman can take to coffee shop that I can see. I can't see anything on Microsoft Surface Pro because of my eyes. I need a big screen for Meetup Zoom group, watch movies, typing and reading. I have been wanting LG Gram since the first one came out at $1999. This is on sales two days ago. I ordered it and pickedup without a 2nd thought. I love it. Usually I take a 2 weeks to a month searching for all laptops online, Microcenters (read and compare all models). This one, I don't need to do that. I'm very happy. It meets my need of light weight and great deat 32GRAM, 1 TB, 128 Graphic and I7. Quiet laptop.

This laptop is great! Fast and able to my keep up with my "multitasking" - lots of apps and internet tabs open for days at a time. Love that is so lightweight and the new chargers are much smaller than they used to be.
