After my new tower arrived via Best Buy deliver service which was a perfect delivery. The 2 men worked together and removed the return tower. Hooked up the new tower they were wonderful. The tower meets every expectation quiet, no movement on high spin. The steam is a great extra for those wrinkled clothes! Love LG products! Thanks

I love the space saving feature of the WashTower. The features are nifty, and I had fun playing on my phone with the app. I added the low temp dry mode to the dryer, and turned off the liquid detergent check (I use pods) on the washer, but other than that, everything has been great! My clothes are washed and dried perfectly.

Best compact space conservation machine out there. If you are blessed with limited space but want something to do the job of a full size machine choose this one.

So far I find this machine to be fantastic! I love the dispenser for the detergent and softener. Cloths are better than ever!

This washer/dryer tower is amazing. I have been very impressed with how quiet it perform both washing and drying. Not only had it been quicker to dry than my last appliance, the clothing is _actually dry_ and i don't have to run another session. Plus, it also notified me of limited vent airflow and i found the louvers on the outside of the house not opening properly!

So far, the Studio washtower has been excellent. There is a learning curve to use the digital controls as there are no dials, but they are fairly intuitive. Both the washer and dryer are much quieter than my old Samsung stacked pair. Both washing snd drying are mucher quicker for most loads. The auto detergent dispenser is great. Just fill up the dispenser when it runs low and it automatically dispenses the proper amount of detergent based upon the type of load selected. So far I have not had to refill it.
