Attractive range. Bought in a set. We love the handle on unit. Has 3 racks due to the deep floor in unit.

Delivery guys checked the burners upon delivery but left before checking the electronics. Defective motherboard so could not set time, use oven, etc (the electronics on this stove are too complex even if it wouldn't have been defective - e.g., requires 2 extra steps just to set the clock compared to any other stove I have ever seen). Called Maytag who concluded it was defective & had us call Best Buy to determine return/exchange/refund. Decided to exchange for a different brand comparable stove. Had to wait another week for return pick-up & delivery because of busy Super Bowl week backlog. Best Buy 15 day return policy definitely helpful in this case.

This says my purchase date was 5/12 it was 5/7 I have scheduled delivery multiple times and have not got my oven. Today is 5/15,. Did the delivery company steal it? Where is my oven?

This is a great oven with multiple features for a novice or experienced cook.

Maytag stove ordered 9/1. To be delivered in 1 week. 2 days later told it would be in 2 weeks. Arrived 10/2. DAMAGED. Bottom drawer 5/8” off. Didn’t close. Re ordered. Date changed 2x. Now told it will be 11/7. Saw 3 others made @ same plant with same defect in showroom. Worried next 1 will be faulty

I did not like this smooth top stove at all! This was my first smooth top and I didn't really know which was better, glass or ceramic. I went with the glass top and hate it! I can NOT clean up the simpilest of spills. I boiled water and the water splatters will not wipe clean! I had a small butter spill and I could not wipe it, nor scrape it with the scrapper they included. I have returned it and today got another one, with a ceramic smooth top. It actually came with some marks on the smooth top, as if it was a return, and the delivery guy could not get those marks off. I have a feeling this one is going back as well. Not happy and want my old coil stove back!
