Thank you for your review, Dwanna! We are sorry that your MagSafePopGrip won't stay on, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick well to silicone, highly textured, and many soft cases on the market. They will not adhere well to iPhone models 11 and up and the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.
Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.
The gel might not stick well if glued to iPhones without a suitable case.
Not Sticking: If your PopSockets product is no longer sticking, follow the steps below to reactivate the adhesive gel on your PopSockets product:
Step 1: Give your PopSockets gel a quick rinse.
Step 2: Let it air dry for 10 minutes. Do not leave it out any longer, this will cause the adhesive gel to dry out entirely.
Step 3: Stick your PopSockets product back onto your phone case, and let it sit for a few hours before engaging it again. This will ensure a stronghold. If the above does not apply and does not fix the issue please contact us at cs@popsockets.com. Previous Generation Better

I think the previous plastic model is better. For one, the cards stick out on this one, while on the previous plastic pop socket model, the cards were hidden discreetly. Also this soft popsocket seems to be a little bigger than the previous generation. Overall I think the previous gen better.
