Defective Ghosting Issues

We purchase a month ago and we are having excessive ghosting as per the tech support at Remarkable. I can't find my receipt as it was a gift and they will not replace it. Apparently ghosting is very common and their customer service is awful. Waste of $$.

Sync Problem and Dead Pixels

It takes more than a day to see the sync changes across various tablets and their respective apps. While the writing experience is satisfactory, I am encountering dead pixels on my tablet.

Terrible customer support for product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Customer service from Remarkable Pro is terrible. Like the tablet, it writes well. The issue is the desktop app. I have been on Remarkable chat support three times because their download does not work. I was finally told there was nothing they could do. $700 tablet and there is nothing they can do. Seriously!?
