[Employee of bestbuy] I had the original version a while back. I loved them, I honestly don’t think they got much better and I would save the money of you have astros or the originals, avoid these

Headset sounds great but only works half the time. Steelseries app never works, and when it does, im always having to change the input and output settings and itll reduce quality.

I would rate a lot higher but there are a couple things that bother me. The side panels (especially the side with the USB C port) if not placed properly will fall off. The noise cancelling is not as good as others. Other than that it is fantastic!

Sound is amazing but very uncomfortable. The nub in the middle rubs just enough to make them hurt after about an hour of wear.

I had the arctis pro+gamedac then went to the arctis 7+ wireless and now I have the Nova Pro Wireless, these are by far the best headsets I’ve had and love the fact that they connect to the phone and the game at the same tine
