At first I thought this product was a little gimmicky, but after sustaining a light injury to my lower back, this thing definitely aided in a swift recovery. I also like it's compactness as it makes it easy to travel with. Definitely don't regret this purchase and I've been including it in my morning routine stretch ever since.

This one is by far much better than vyper, soft to be on, unlike vyper leaves marks for days.
