This water dispenser is great! It looks very high-end, and the transparent water tank allows you to see how much water is in it. After using it, I can clearly feel that the taste of impurities in the water has become lighter and the water has become clearer. There are 4 buttons on the machine that can be selected to control the water temperature and water output. I looked at the filter inside, and it is indeed as described in the introduction, with multiple layers of filtration. The filtered water allows me to drink with confidence. This water filter is worth recommending!

Works absolutely amazing but is at cycle times loud

Owning the machine opened my eyes about what RO actually is. It is work… our water is pretty hard and although it takes a few minutes to purify a gallon of water you can see the huge difference in PPM. I think our tap water is around 900ppm and it purifies it down to around 10-12ppm. The cooling feature isnt ice cold, the coldest I’ve seen it come out is 8 degrees celsius. We were going through a zero water filter per week, I expect to change the hydrofast filters in t least 6 months from purchase date. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and got a good deal on it

Easy to install and use. It's no longer necessary to buy water in plastic bottles for drinking water which has saved money and exposure to microplastics.

This machine takes my high TDS sink water and makes it Delicious drinking water. I love this machine and its totally worth the price

Living in the Central part of the US, the tap water is definitely different than the East Coast. The water in our area is too hard for your typical fridge water filter. So I'd thought to give this a try and it exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much!! If we didn't rent I'd definitely would get something more permanent, but this works like a charm!

Filter it came with only lasted a month and a half. Guess what? I cant find replacement filters for it. You will be buying a $300 dollar paper weight. By the the time you realize you made a mistake in buying this thing, it will be to late for you to get your money back. Also particulates would build up in the water reservoir with in 2 days of sitting. I feel these reviewers, made their reviews the day they got them. I just had this thing for 2 months and am now without any kind of filtration. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day was ruined.

Bought this in May, the CPU chip melted and the unit leaked water from underneath the water reservoir, no warning lights or anything. The cooling function is only so-so
