A: Yes

Q: Is physical dual sim possible?

A: No physical dual sim but you can do one esim and one physical

Q: My concern is the battery. I am having to charge my fold 3 at least twice a day. Are there any plans to change the battery life? Also, the crease in the middle of the phone is staring to show a little more. How can i get that fix and who pays?

A: I only charge my Galazy Z-Fold 4 phone overnight and that is it. I do everything on this amazing phone and the battery last all day with about 30 - 35 percent by the end of day which is around 9:30 until 10:00pm. The crease is not as noticeable as i thought it would be. But, it also depend on how you are holding the phone. Once you start, typing, viewing video's, or even on conference calls, the crease is not that noticeable. I'm not saying a few months from now that the crease will not be a problem or concern, but now it not a concern at all. I'm absolutely pleased with my purchase.

Q: is is in original box? unopened? who provides warranty?

A: Debra not complete answer...I have same device for almost 3 years and now and not because of wrong usage or fall it turns off when closing the fold...I read online is due to hardware opening and closing fold known issue ...so I understand the folding has a shelf life...if opened box I also understand the phone was opened/closed fold unknown times ...then this reduces the shelf life...not willing to buy if it is a opened box.
