This is a great service to have when i used my 50in plasma tv with my computer i forgot to hide the icons on the bottom and had a burn in over the year and they came out and gave me a full refund for my new 60in. so don't play games like pinball etc. they will burn in the screen in time. just use it for movies and tv. great picture on both Samsung tvs.

For the price, it may be a little weary to get. However, if you don't have many tv's around the house, it is a good idea to have a protection plan incase anything goes wrong.

We have always bought these for big ticket items like a flat screen and laser printer. We have been fortunate to never have to use one of them and I am now believing those who say the manufacturers warranty should suffice. The saying: "If it is going to break or die it normally happens in the first year" seems to be true.

Good to get if getting HD TV as new technology is sometimes in Beta stage and BB will replace if TV fails
