I did not realize this was sold via Best Buy Marketplace not Best Buy. The store we used to associate with customer service is now allowing anyone to sell on their website and none of the same customer service comes with it. The monitor arrived broken and very badly packaged. I called and instead of great customer service I was told I bought from a third party off their Best Buy site and they can’t do anything to help. I went to the store to return and there the staff all acknowledged this Marketplace is a big blunder. If you buy off marketplace be prepared to lose your time and money and have no Best Buy customer service. It runs higher risk than EBay. Best Buy has made an enormous mistake with Marketplace. Don’t trust Marketplace and now we don’t trust Best Buy.
