Customer Ratings & Reviews

We bought this Alexa to replace an older one that had stopped working in our home. The new one works well, the sound is easy to adjust, and it responds to our voices right away. We mostly use it to check the weather and to add items to the family shopping list, and we listen to the morning news on it almost every day. The only drawback is the TV connection — it doesn't always link up, and when it fails, we have to turn the TV on manually.

I am very happy with my new ECHO DOT! It's not only got a nice sounding speaker but it is stylish and I love the color

I enjoy listening to music on it. It also sets alarms for me so it’s very helpful.

I am highly impressed with this echo device. The sound quality vs the regular echo dot is non-comparable. The sound comes out nice and clean and has a level of bass keeping your music well balanced and enjoyable. The mic on it hears my wake up command better than my other Alexa devices as well. I recommend this to anyone who wants a Alexa device to enjoy tunes while keeping their smart devices in order. It would be great for your audio books and podcasts too. Over all it’s a great versatile device and highly satisfied with my purchase.

This device is great for morning routines, cooking, and anything else that you could think of whether it’s entertainment or keeping your mind occupied while you do things around the house

Pretty color and excellent sound with bass! I will but another one!

This product is perfect for what we needed it for, our home gym. It fills the 2 car garage space with plenty of sound and it is super handy to have Alexa around!

So glad i made this purchase! Great sound, consistent responsiveness, can't say a bad word about it!

Got this for my mom who had her old echo for over 6 years now, so this is a real upgrade for her. The speakers is nice and loud and connected with no issues to WiFi.

Very nice color and amazing sound for a good price

The Amazon Echo is a handy device with a lot of useful features like voice commands, smart home control, and quick information access. However, it sometimes struggles to understand commands in noisy environments. The sound quality is decent but not exceptional. It’s a good product overall, but there’s room for improvement in voice recognition and audio performance.

The real standout is when you use multiple speakers. One by itself is rather underwhelming, but speaker pairs are very good. The Home Theater is insane, and well worth the max setup.

The sound is soooo much better than my previous Echo dot. The purple color is just an added plus, because I LOVE purple!!!

I’m very much enjoying this product. Took me a long time to join the “Alexa” family but we’re all having fun & enjoying the great sound!

You can now use this Echo Dot Plus as a smart hub for all your smart bulbs and plugs. This saved me from having to buy all new bulbs and plugs around my house.

Super great fir commands and the perfect for a room or bathroom. Great Job Amazon

I like it. Enjoy talkin with Alexa. A little static outside though.

Love it, especially in purple, but was a challenge to set up. Just figuring out the correct app to download took way too long n wondering how many times Amazon is gonna charge me for using n failing with the wrong ones over n over

Great sound for small spaces but range is also dynamic

I enjoy the pleasant assistance, and speedy response.
