Customer Ratings & Reviews

Easy set up. Lots of variety. Connected flawlessly to all my ring devices and Alexa. Highly recommend this product. Plus it’s very aesthetic

I Love this Alexa, it's smart, funny, always there when I need her friend. She sets my alarm clock plays music tells me jokes and can set routines for when your away or getting home, even has sound detection. It's small, fits great anywhere, big clear screen that is easy to read, and will connect to your wall plugs, items in your house and is able to turn them on or off with the just the sound of your voice. I don't even have to pick up my remote to turn the volume up or down. This little 42 dollars and some change device has helped me so much in the past month that I would love to get a few more for the rest of my house. Thanks Best Buy for carrying such an affordable low price deal for the New Year! Go. I Ahead purchase you one and start learning your hands free decicinnmkin movie hitting Alexa adapt to your own personality.

Love these for our night stands!! Very easy to use! Also use as a sound machine! Love amazon echo devices!! Great buy! Great size and quality!

The Echo Spot (2024) is a sleek, compact smart alarm clock that does its job beautifully. The screen is bright but not harsh, Alexa responds instantly, and it sounds better than expected for its size. It’s perfect for weather checks, quick alarms, and morning playlists. Not ideal for videos, but as a smart bedside upgrade—it nails it.

Previously had the bigger version of the echo dot and it was cool, the only thing is that it doesn’t show the clock so I decide to change it for this one, the display colors are good and the sound quality is good as well, if you’re looking for a clock, alarm and a device for music, podcast or even hear the news this is a great choice

Great quality! Screen loud and clear recommend for the ones who like to hear stuff loud!!!

Great item for the bedroom. Saves numerous requests for time from Alexa and also has good sound. Exactly what I wanted.

Alexa is really awesome as long as you buy the Alexa plus monthly subscription.

I blindly bought this Echo Spot without knowing anything about it. I set it up in my bedroom. Upon examining it, I noticed a spot the looked like a camera lens. I shined my flashlight on it and got freaked out. I did some research and discovered it’s NOT a camera BUT it looks like one. Why in the world would Amazon include something that looks like a camera knowing that was an issue with the first Echo Spot in 2017. Ultimately, I’m returning the device because it’s a little sus and doesn’t do enough. Paying $80 for a tap-to-stop alarm and small display doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t want to get up and turn off my alarm. I’m lazy, I’d rather say “Alexa stop” and ask what time it is repeatedly throughout the day. However… a camera WITH a shutter button would’ve been amazing. Having the option to cover the camera would’ve given peace of mind. Why didn’t Amazon just do that??? That would’ve opened the door to many more features.

Easy to setup, matched my partner’s all white setup very well, great speaker volume for its size.

I love these things. They last a long time. We use them to make announcements throughout the house, set timers, set alarms, control smart functions, and listen to music. They’re great!

Really happy with Amazon Alexa so far. It’s super convenient for everyday use-whether it’s playing music, setting reminders, checking the weather, or controlling smart home devices. The voice recognition is quick and accurate, and it responds fast. Setup was easy too

Love it. One of many throughout the house. Started woth the very first one and just keep adding more.

It was working perfect ive only had it for 4 weeks and it stopped working

Let me beging by saying that its the best purchase so dar you. Eef to added to your room or loving toom i have use it every day !! So nuch fun

Love it it’s not perfect, but it’s very good when they go on sale I will be purchasing another

It was time for an upgrade from the echo dot. Loving this model!

Thea product may be ok, but shipping was terrible! The box was shipped inside a mailer bag. The actual Alexa box was destroyed, with everything dumped into mailer bag. The seal in the Alexa box was broken in transit, so I'm sure I can't return it. This was to be a birthday gift, but I can't give it now, it looks like it was run over 10 times.

I’ve been using the Echo Spot for a few days now, and honestly, it’s a great upgrade for a bedside device. The design looks clean and modern, and it fits perfectly on a nightstand without taking up much space. The display is simple but useful, you can quickly check the time, weather, or what’s playing without it being too bright or distracting at night. The sound quality was actually better than I expected for its size. It’s loud enough to fill a room and works great for music, alarms, or even podcasts. Alexa integration is smooth as always. I mainly use it to set alarms, control lights, and check quick info in the morning, and it responds fast every time. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the screen is a bit limited compared to full smart displays, but that’s kind of the point, it keeps things simple and focused. Overall, if you want a smart alarm clock that looks good, sounds great, and adds convenience to your daily routine, this is definitely worth it.

If you are looking for a "nightstand clock," look no further. The Echo Spot leaves a small footprint on your nightstand, and its display and overall design is aesthetically pleasing. There is a good balance between the speaker and the crisp upper display. The Echo Spot's female voice (which you can change) is appealing. You can synchronize your calendar to the Echo Spot for friendly reminders. The Echo Spot does not have high-quality sound, but that is not its purpose. When you ask the device to play certain songs, it seems to do this well. Similar devices have not done this well. Amazon has a large knowledge base because I hardly have heard it miss answers to my questions. For an all-around, enjoyable experience with a versatile, user-friendly smart clock, I would recommend the Amazon Echo Spot.
