Customer Ratings & Reviews

I really appreciate Best Buy, but this MacBook ended up being a bit underwhelming for me. To be fair, I probably didn’t do enough research before buying. The unit arrived with a noticeable dent, but since it still worked fine, I decided to give it a try. It got me through about a week, but overall it was slower than I’d like, so I’m returning it and purchasing a new one instead. Thanks to Best Buy for making the process smooth—I value the service even if this particular item didn’t work out for me.

Amazing loved it so much i use It everyday great for school work

Purchased as a gift. Overall great buy. Only issue was the setup took longer than expected considering the person currently has an Apple product thus the iCloud has all the info needed for a quick and easy sync.

My overall review is honestly a good experience! i love my mac book, i actually got it to play my sims & listen to music.. GREAT sound, runs smoothly. good buy !

The laptop runs well as a refurbished laptop ! I would recommend it if you’re looking for a laptop that’s not too expensive.

I purchased this item for school and absolutely adore it!! Makes going back to school less stressful and I couldn’t be more happy about it!!

Great condition, all items working. Very good!!!!!

I'm very happy with this refurbished MacBook Air. It arrived in excellent condition with little to no signs of previous use, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The Intel Core i5 processor is fast enough for everyday tasks like web browsing, streaming, office work, and video calls. The display is sharp and vibrant, the keyboard feels great, and Touch ID makes logging in quick and convenient. The battery life has been solid, and the Space Gray finish still looks premium. For a certified refurbished device, this is an excellent value and a great option if you're looking for a reliable MacBook without paying full price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a dependable laptop for school, work, or everyday use.

Item was in good shape but i has a little damage on one corner, it works cool

Ran okay at first, but then the battery couldn’t hold a charge for longer than 20-30 minutes. Also runs pretty slow.

There is scratches and the laptop was fully clean but so far it’s work great and the battery does died faster

Very happy, computer works fine haven’t had any problems

Perfect condition and works amazing. I would recommend ordering from here!

Pick up was easy, laptop runs perfect after setup and update. A few minor dings on the body of the laptop but that’s expected since it’s refurbished. All in all good product.

This laptop takes forever and starts to Over heat to fast

Ehh I don’t really like it but it’s cool my niece does.

Got this for my 13 year old daughter for her birthday and she loves it.

I'm truly excited that I received this MacBook! Good condition, works well for personal and professionally development. I'm also glad that I got the GeekSquad protection on it as well.

I paid a good amount for this item, slightly under the price for a new item. I expected a refurbished computer from Best Buy to be clean physically and technically. This has considerable physical wear, and still has the previous owners name in the computer attached to the Apple ID, etc. This is not safe and I am disappointed in the purchase

So far so good. Very good condition for a refurbished MacBook.
