Good quality
I was expecting this to be in not good condition when it said that it was refurbished but I was proven wrong when I got it out of the package. Everything was new including the battery. My only issue with it was that it claimed to have 512gb of storage but it came with 128gb of storage. Overall, excellent quality

Great gift! I gave this to my daughter as a graduation gift. She loves it and it runs all her programs at school without issues!

Worth the buy!
I almost bought this model from a competitor of Best Buy, but it was classified as pre owned. That didn’t move me to buy that one. This certified own model was well worth the buy! I actually got more memory than what was advertised. Thank you cpu gods!! Don’t hesitate, its worth it! Thanks again Best Buy!
