A refurbished laptop is a hit or miss, in my case it was a miss. Everything worked perfectly but it felt slow and the gum on top of the screen to not damage upon closing was worn out… but great assistance no hassle with returning everything was handled properly and professionally. Will try again hopefully I get a hit next time it’s a gamble
