I noticed some distortion when playing my records about 6 months after purchasing my Audio Technical AT LP60X. This usually means the stylus is failing. So I looked up the replacement and ordered it from Best Buy. The new stylus arrived in less then a week. Replacing it was really easy. And I can play all my vinyl records again.

I recently broke my needle on my ATLP60X and needed a replacement so I bought this one and it’s perfect!! Very easy to install and works great!!

Purchased this for my brother-in-law who lives in India, as a replacement for his AT-LP60 Audio Technica turntable stylus and he was a happy camper, to receive this to replace the original, which probably was distorting his vinyls by now. I was very impressed by this cartridge and the genuine packaging and quick delivery by BB, at a very competitive price with free shipping to store, in comparison to other online retailers selling a "generic compatible" version of this cartridge. This is the genuine (not generic) stylus which is grayish-white in color like the original, has the AT logo and packed in a retail AT blister pack which says "Made in Japan" unlike the equivalent cartridges sold at other online retailers at twice the price. Like the stock stylus, this also has carbon fiber on the cantilever. The performance of this stylus is like the original, well balanced and without experiencing any distortion of sibilant sounds, great on mids and vocals with great clarity. There is no loss of dynamics and stereo imaging and the stylus plays so clear with very noticeable difference in sound.

Perfect replacement for my Sony turntable. Someone bumped the auto start on mine WITHOUT a record in place . Bounced off the rubber mat for 2 hours!!! Ground down the needle to Nothing !!! This replacement worked perfectly !

Fit perfectly and easy to install on audio technica BT record player. Sounds good and was happy it was in stock the same day the Amazon refurb unit arrived. Don’t trust Amazon refurbs in record players ;)

the problem that I had with the sound has disappeared since I got this item from BestBuy. It was cheap and easy to install.Now I am enjoying the sound from my record player.

works immediately, I put it on and it started to work within minutes, only issue I had was when my dog keeps thinking my record player is a toy whenever I play stuff and he'll bark at it the whole time which is pretty annoying so I don't know if that's something inside the replacement or just my dog but either way just kind of annoying but would recommend this for replacing old needles, thumbs up two

Perfect fit! Playing the Stones now! Have to be sure to dust off the vinyl before dropping the needle as that's what ruined the last one.
