Pros: Very robust and insanely fast scooter; it is very easy to begin bending the handlebar if not careful from how much force this scooter exerts in acceleration. Amazing, if not even unparalleled, value for the money. Handling is excellent; very planted and secure feel even when accelerating hard. Suspension and tires feel solid but are more on the rugged side. Super long range and charges somewhat quicker than advertised, closer to 9 hours from my observations. This performs very well offroad as it's the intended use and does well on road but I feel like this scooter's niche is moreso offroad. Is very good with higher-weight riders and payloads; I am 235lb and felt like this scooter could hold significantly more weight on as it is rated at 330lbs. Brakes are amazing if not perfect in my opinion and help considerably with everything from smooth deceleration up to emergency/abrupt stops. Lighting in terms of headlight brightness & projection and ambient floor/puddle lighting is amazing and allows you to be very visible at night. Cons: The lighting is solid but I wish it also had handlebar turn signal lights and a running rear red light & reflector as it would help more with use in traffic. It feels a bit rough, but definitely not unusable, on paved roads and sidewalks; think like an offroad truck being used on main roads compared to on a gravel road. The throttle is very sensitive, which some users may love, which makes dual motor feel very jerky as a result and hard to predict when and how power delivery occurs. If you prefer a lighter scooter to carry around I would look at a lower tier scooter as this, given its robustness and capabilities, weighs in at a very high 79lbs and is not very easy to carry. I did end up, given I prefer a smoother street-oriented scooter over an offroad one, end up exchanging this but I cannot say that this was a bad product or experience by any means; amazing product and the engineering here is excellent. Highly recommended particularly for anyone looking to get into hyper scooters, especially something a bit more rugged, without spending nearly quite as much as a typical one costs!

Delivery was fast and no damage. Fantastic scooter. Eats it up! Build quality, power and suspension are top notch. So glad I purchased this scooter. The suspension is amazing if you've never ridden this type of scooter, again...huge upgrade over my previous scooter, after its raw power, the suspension is the cherry for me. So smooth over city street crap...holes, branches, rough paths, etc. Overall, such a fun machine for a reasonable cost and hits all the buttons a true off road machine needs.

Hands down one of the best electric scooters I’ve ever ridden. The acceleration is smooth but incredibly powerful, and the top speed is perfect for commuting or just having fun riding around. The build quality is top-tier — very sturdy, comfortable to ride, and feels extremely safe even at higher speeds. The battery life is impressive and lasts way longer than expected. I also love how easily it folds up for storage. This is a premium scooter that performs exactly as advertised. Highly recommend to anyone serious about electric scooters!

So overall the scooter drives nice over 25 miles an hour unstable with no steering damper I wouldn’t suggest going faster it’s just not stable. Unfortunately within 30 miles both my speed control is burnt out I have no idea how I wasn’t even abusing it or anything. Warranty has sent me all the parts to fix it myself. I’m just disappointed that the speed control is burnt out I don’t know what else to say about that. The frame build is very strong and nice and it makes zero sound it smooth on the street but it’s not off-road it is a street scooter. Only packed down off-road you can go on if it’s smooth. when it comes to recommending the product I don’t know how to answer that I guess maybe I got a bummed out lemon of a scooter. If it works it actually very nice but it won’t give me an option other than yes or no for what I recommend. Well if you’re using another street I would say yes warranty support was great. But I’m also disappointed on how fast it broke. All the reviews were excellent on it I will put yes for recommending but use your own judgment read everyone’s reviews because most were good
