What I like and what could be better.

One thing I like about the chair is that it’s so comfy and I can sit on it for hours but somthing that can help would be adjustable armrests.

Parts wear quickly. The main body of the chair is fine, not really comfy though. It looks a lot more filled out in the ads. Very flat when you get it.

Regarding the issue of the product being flatter than in the advertisement, this is likely due to compression during packaging and shipping for safety. Regarding the seat cushion firmness: While the design intention was to provide sufficient support to prevent sagging, the current firmness clearly doesn't provide you with comfort. We suggest you try pairing it with a breathable memory foam seat cushion, which usually effectively improves the feel and distributes pressure.
Regarding the armrest height, you can check if the armrests are already at their highest position.
