I love my new ice machine. The only thing that I have a problem with is that it doesn't keep the ice for long. The ice that's left in there melts away and you have to make more.

Works very well. The ice is soft and melts quickly but the machine makes ice quickly so we are happy with the results. And it is portable so we can take it out when we go.

The thing I don’t like is that you don’t get much ice in the in the tank it is always melting so you only can get like two glasses of ice the only plus side is makes ice pretty fast

Worked well, but broke within 6 months!
I bought this for my husband for Christmas. We were both very happy with the ice maker. It produced ice and we had ice to make iced coffee or cool our beverages. It worked and the ice was a nice shape. However, after about 5 months the machine started sounding like a jack hammer and stopped producing ice! It is out of warranty, of course. So there is nothing we can do.

Bought this 7 months ago. Use nothing but bottled water in it. It requires cleaning cycle to be run every day for it to work. Don't buy it.
