I recently purchased the new Birdfy Feeder Metal V. It is a very well-constructed metal unit, with a good-sized seed bin as well as a suet cage. After setting it up, it easily linked to my Wi-Fi on the first try. I put it out in the late afternoon, but no birds found it. However, the next morning, in a light snow, it was discovered, and has been busy ever since. The video quality is very good, and it shoots in portrait mode, so it’s great for sharing on a phone. I am very pleased with my purchase and can strongly recommend it.

I picked this up as a Christmas gift for my nephew, hoping it can spark more interest in biology and animals. The setup looks sturdy with a nice metal build, and the camera features are impressive for an entry-level feeder. The HD video and night vision make it fun to watch birds anytime, and the dual feeding area adds variety. It feels like a meaningful and enjoyable gift for kids and families.

The camera produces good pictures/video and the battery is decent (seems to use about 30% per day with the 20m interval setting -- but you probably want to buy the optional solar panel). Note that the button labels are confusing, as the power buttons turns it on, but the "restart" button turns it off. The software makes setup pretty easy, and is better than most for day-to-day use. Filling with seed is probably best done by taking the feeder down, rather than trying to raise its roof while it is hanging.

As spring arrives and the birds return, this feeder makes the perfect addition to the yard. It’s been so nice watching all the birds come back and gather around. Easy to set up and a great way to enjoy the season. Highly recommend!

When I first opened the package, I was really surprised how well they did the protection. The whole thing was wrapped tight so the product will not get any bump or scratch during the shipping. I checked very carefully and there was no scratch at all. The top part where the bird feeder hangs is made with really good metal. It feels heavy in the hand and the quality is solid. The surface is smooth to touch and has no rough edge anywhere. Overall I really like this product, and I can’t wait for the little birds to come to my yard and enjoy their meal here.

My cat loves watching bird from the sun room. I got this one on the tree branch outside the window to attract more birds. I’m really happy with it so far. The camera quality is clear and sharp, and I love getting notifications and watching birds up close on my phone. Setup was easy, and the metal design feels sturdy and weather-resistant. It’s been so much fun for both me and my cat watching birds visiting our yard. Highly recommend!
