A: Its a cast-iron griddle so you will need to season it well and correctly. If done correctly you should hace no problems with sticking.
Q: Is there an adapter for a black stone grill to convert it to natural gas instead of a propane tank
A: Yes, SKU: 5249 will help you convert that model to Natural Gas.
Q: Does this come with a cover?
A: It does not come with cover, but you can purchase a hard cover and screw it on or you can go to amazon and purchase a orange silicone cover like i did, works great
