The worst charger you can find in the market. It totally aligns with other reviewers out there. The Blink customer service is poor, the app fails to work properly, no charging session data gets recorded. Even though you schedule charging, it fails after a few runs. The phone app is a disaster. Worst of all, Best Buy has only 15 days to return. Overall, I recommend any one not to buy. Go with with other brands like ChargePoint which seems to be far better than this piece of junk.

Do not waste hundreds of dollars for your electrician to install this, which required if you want to go above 40 AMP. Despite having the word smart all over the box, this is the dumbest charger on the market. I returned because it stops charging my BMW after the electric went out for a second. I was disappointed because this does not have any smart capabilities. the app looks like it was made for extra credits by a 10-year-old. you cannot set up charging based on peak hours, you cannot see how much money you spent charging, it cannot be set up based on solar panel, it does not know your local energy provider to know what's the best time to charge. You cannot turn on the charger from the app. Sometimes the app will let you turn it off but will not give you feedback that the charger is off. The way you set up the app, is so 2000. Even the plug itself is made clumsy and does not slide in easily to my car. So, despite being one of the most expensive options, this is probably the worst charger on the market.

Upgraded from a 32Amp charger that came with my car. I ended up going with a hard wire install and new conduit and wiring. The new charge is at 50amps (12kW~) and shaves hours off of my charge time.

The build quality is very good. However, the phone app only has very basic functionality. It is especially terrible app for home charger. It does not show the electricity used during change and not even after charge session is finished. There is also no way to schedule a time to star/stop charge session,

Stopped working after 5 months and not getting response from Blink. Initially contacted blink customer service over the phone and explained them the issue, first they denied to provide any support saying that their team will only support the commercial chargers and not the personal charges. I explained them that the unit is new and still under warranty, later they asked me to email them the details along with the proof of purchase etc so that their warranty team will check and get back to me with options. It has been almost 10 days I emailed them all the details and I haven't received any response from them so far, sent them multiple reminders and follow up emails with no response from them. This is a very bad experience and now I am paying and charging my car at commercial charge stations.

Just upgraded to the HQ200 charger, I like that it connects to my home wifi, and it looks nice on the wall. The color lights up bright green to indicate it's charging my EV.

I have had it for about a month and a half now and it still works!!!
