I reside in a four family apartment building, we have never had any issues with missing packages. However, we have had issue's with a few trespassers within the hallways and i had to escort them out. For this reason i made the purchase of this door bell, which acts as a camera when someone passes by its set to automatically record untill all movement has ceased. The instructions are clear, simple and i had it set up and working within twenty minutes or less. I love the wide angle on the doorbell, it really does a great job at catching all the details nice and clear. If someone is hanging around where they shouldn't you can speak to them through the speaker on the unit itself, it works clear enough for the person on the other end to make out what your saying. The notifications are communicated instantly to your cell phone once the motion sensor detects movement. The doorbell has two methods of instructions it can either run on two AA batteries or you can permanently install the unit using your doorbell wiring, but you may have to upgrade your transformer to one with a higher voltage so the camera works as efficiently as it can. I know this because i had to perform the upgrade for a friend who had issues with his unit not working properly untill the upgrade was made. Its not too difficult but some electrical comprehension helps or you can just turn to youtube. Well i guess that wraps it up, you get about two weeks or so before your trial period ends and you have to subscribe in order to keep your history and other options going. Would i personally purchase this unit again? Yes, without a doubt! We have children on the premises and we need to make it safe for everyone!

Night vision works good, a little bit of a glare. Other than that, everything is perfect on it. I put it up and less than a week later caught someone trying to break into my house… I’m so thankful for this camera. It makes me feel safer and secure. I have the door bell camera and the inside cameras. The monthly payment to save videos is $10 a month which is not bad at all! I would highly recommend, I told all of my neighbors they should get these cameras. Super easy to set up, they have step by step along the way, and if you can’t seem to get it set up right away the app has that covered and helps with extra steps on that too. You can watch live video (which saved the video you watch), and talk through the door bell as well. If you have other cameras you can set up the door bell chime though the other cameras too. I have mine set up that way so when someone rings the door bell I can hear it throughout my house.

I really like this doorbell camera with sync module. Most importantly, with the sync module, the videos are stored locally, not in the cloud, so you do not require a paid cloud subscription. (A paid subscription offers some additional cloud features, but the basic features of doorbell, motion detection, recording, and operation through your phone all work without the paid subscription.) The default motion detection works perfectly for me, only triggering with foreground motion. I have had no spurious triggers. Also, I needed battery operation due to difficulties running a power line to the doorbell, and this unit uses two easily replaceable lithium AA batteries. I bought four rechargeable batteries for under $20, with two in the unit, and two ready to go, for a really fast and simple exchange. Audio is loud and clear both ways, and surprisingly, the doorbell has a loud, pleasant chime sound when pressed, and while I could have Alexa repeat that inside, I can hear the outside unit fine, and the phone app also triggers a notification. The video resolution (1080) is clear and sufficient for recognizing who's there. Overall I'm very happy with it.

The blink camera was a great investment. My camera was easy to set up and the mobile app is user friendly. The video playback interface is clean and easy to navigate. Everything is recorded in high-definition, with its crisp audio and clear visuals. There are no blurry or heavily pixelated images with this product! This comes in handy in case of package theft and around the holidays when I decorate my home. I also appreciate the option to download recordings as needed. As a bonus, the camera came in a sleek and attractive black and blue design. Overall, I feel safer after buying this camera and I've already recommended it to friends and family.

I purchased an outdoor camera preemptively without knowledge of the sync module. Much to my chagrin Best Buy sells the doorbell and sync module at a great price. Set up and installation took less than 20 minutes and connected to my outdoor camera with ease and I am pleased about my panoramic view of the entrances to my home. It has great sound quality whether recording or using the microphone. As well as great nightvision capability even without use of porchlight or other lumination. I chose to use mine wirelessly, but the wiring option and necessary pieces are included in packaging. Mounting requires a drill and 7/32 drill bit for easiest installation, but necessary hardware is otherwise included. Their cloud subscription is cheap through Amazon at only $10 a month for unlimited devices, recording, saving, and sharing of clips. I will be purchasing more from this brand in the near future.

I love my Blink doorbell! It was very easy to install and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent. I can access the recordings anytime, anywhere, which gives me great peace of mind. The picture quality is crystal clear, and I can clearly see who's at the door. I highly recommend it for those looking for a convenient and secure solution for their home.

Works as described. Getting the backplate on was a nightmare and the videos online are no help and, neither was CS. They sent another plate thinking it was defective but it wasn't and, the bp was different. When I called, the representative was not very kind. The next conversation was with a supervisor. With family help, the original bp finally made the connection and I was able to mount it to the anti-theft door mount (purchased separately) and complete the setup, which was very easy. Be sure to get the Sync Module at the same time. You'll pay less and save yourself in the long run. You don't need a subscription w/the module but it's minimal if you choose it. Overall, I'm happy w/the purchase and the peace of mind it brings me.

Very easy to install. Works great. Camera shows wide area. Love motion sensor. Live feed can see across the street. It has different options for notifications and storing. I don't have a doorbell so this is a great alternative. Can hear the ring outside, inside my living room. Delivery was fast, glad we got it from Best Buy.

BestBuy.com was the only place where I could buy the white color. The blink bell was easy to install and is compatible with existing analog chime. I had a question and the Blink customer service was able to help. There is an external USB stick option, which is great! The video and notification is instant when subscribed to cloud but with a USB memory it is a bit slow and at times it is as late as 3 minutes. I wish if it was a bit faster. Aesthetically, it looks beautiful. One tip, do take the photo of the DSN info for future from your bell.

This looks amazing and the video it captured on the attempts it is a good quality view for a doorbell. The sounds it makes is good very simple. But sadly it won’t connect tried so many times I keep getting this message. To set it up is very easy and very detailed instructions not complicated at all. I just wish I knew why it won’t connect to the wifi.

This is a high-quality video doorbell, especially considering the price—it's an excellent deal if you catch it on sale. One of the standout features for me is the ability to use local storage via the Sync Module 2 and a USB drive. If you're looking to avoid ongoing cloud subscription fees, this is one of the best options available. While it does have some limitations compared to cloud-based storage, the local storage setup more than meets my basic needs. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the performance and value of this product.

When first shopping for a video door bell we were disappointed to learn the limitations of them. We really didn't want to take on another subscription service. The Blink with Synch module was a perfect choice for us. Simple to set up and we got it on sale. Very happy with the quality.

It is an excellent product that fulfils all its functions very well, it has very good audio and video quality, previously I had bought other products but none has served me as well as this one. Night vision is very good as well as the focus it has. Audio, let alone, is wonderful. The application with which I can watch all the video captures is very easy and practical to use, besides that you can share the account with whoever you want.

The blink door bell was the best purchase i have ever done thanks to that door bell i was anle to see a person rob my neighor and thanks to the footage they were able to identify the person i recommend blink cameras more than any other brand cause you can clearly see perfect definition in the footage that it records

An awesome product. I've had 10 ring cameras around the property and saw this on a daily deal. With some rewards points I paid less than $6 for this. Picked it up and installed that afternoon. Install was super easy. Even if you plug directly into your current doorbell you still need the batteries. Strange but not a big deal. The chime even works on the main doorbell chime. Mount is strong and should hold if anyone tries to rip off. And the best part, even though I have the max of 10 ring cameras I was still able to add this under a new system name but still on the app. Overall, very happy with the buy.

The video graphic is excellent. Range for motion is awesome. The price is great. Best of all, you don't need to have a paid subscription. I love it.

I really enjoy the Blink camera system. This is my 3rd camera from them and it all meshes together very nicely especially with Alexa. I would recommend purchasing a holder for the sync so that it’s not a tangled mess hanging from your outlet.but I really like how inline ring and other services where If you want to get the premium features you have to pay for their cloud subscription service. While blink offers one as well, they also offer you the sync which is a local storage device that you plug your own storage device into.
