The installers (and the salesperson) did NOT have a clue about this type of washer/dryer. Neither knew that the hoses were built in and the electrical wires/plugs also come with the units. Neither knew that it only required one plug (220) and the washer plugged into the Dryer. We knew these things because we had done our homework. The installers left and we got an error code with the first dryer load. WE finally figured out that the drain from the dryer (yes the dryer, because it is a ventless dryer) had was not placed in a position it could drain (it was horizonal, not vertical) and that the dryer drain hose was too long and reached all the way to a turn in the drain (same drain as washer) therefore even if it had been vertical, the drain would have been slow and probably resulted in an error message anyway. We cut off some of the hose and and positioned it to drain down, not sideways and everything has gone wonderful ever since. I realize that the installers probably don't see many compact in this area, but really...the customer became the installer. READ the manuals like we did!

Got a great price on this open box never used dryer, and was the right size to fit in the room. Capacity is better than expected given the size of my Bosch washer and handles the load perfectly.

I ought this as an open box item at a great price to replace an older Bosch dryer that wasn't working and would cost more to fix compared to what I paid for this one. Fits on top of my washer saving a lot of space in the room. It's compact size under 24 inches in width barely fit through my door frame, a conventional dryer would not fit. Easy to use and dries well. A plus is a that it doesn't have to be vented outside. Additionally the Bosch washer plugs into the back of the dryer, important because I did not have a 110 outlet on the wall.

I love this dryer!! Very easy to use. The ventless system is wonderful. It's easy to clean and maintain. Hoping to get the washer to match very soon

Requires a longer drying time than conventional vented dryers, but works great!
