Q: What's the difference btwn the QC 35 and the QC 35 ll ?
A: The difference between the 2 QC'S is the QC 35 II has the Google command features as far as I know which the QC 35 don't have. But besides that they are equal.
Q: Is there wire connectivity to devices that do no have Bluetooth?
A: Yes, there is a 2.5mm audio adapter and a cable supplied with the unit if you don't have Bluetooth.
Q: On box it says made for iPod iPhone iPad... WILL this work with Android phones ( Note 8 )
A: Hello SG, Great question. Yes, this will work on both Apple and Android devices. Thank you!
A: Yes the active noise cancelling can be turned on without music playing. It won't cancel out all noise around you, though, it'll just dampen surrounding sound. Noise cancelling plus music will completely drown out your coworker.
Q: can these head phones be used to hear television sounds being broadcast
A: Hi, thanks for the great question. It would depend on the TV. The QC35 connects either via Bluetooth or a standard 3.5mm connection. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to customer service. Here is a link you can use. http://bose.life/2qwENj4 . Q: Is the qc35ll’s around the ear or it's over the ears?
A: These go around the ear for a complete seal from the outside. So that way you can get the full advantage of the noise cancellation.
Q: Why did they get rid of the airplane adaptor, and what was it used for?
A: The airline adaptors are two prong plug in audio adaptors and are pretty much obsolete. Airlines now use a single plug like most electronics. I have had an airline adaptor for other headphones for about ten years and have never used it. Doesn’t have it, doesn’t need it.
Q: Does the QC35 ii support an SD card?
A: No, this headphone does not have an SD card slot.

I use these headphones only for gaming. Although sound quality is great, there are two annoyances when using these for gaming: 1. Wireless connection has some latency issues, which means you will be using a wired connection if you don't want 200ms+ of audio lag. Indeed, wired connection has no lag but the sound quality (especially bass levels) are inferuior on the wired connection. 2. The built-in microphone isn't too great in terms of sound quality, but what makes it worse is that it only works when connected wirelessly. You can't use the mic at all when it's connected via wire, even if you have all the proper wires/settings etc. A strange issue that caused me to spend extra money on a third party boom mic. Overall have been using these for over a year and a half and very happy with them. Just keep in mind that if you want to use them for gaming there are better alternatives out there.

I wear them all day at work and they are both comfortable and sound great. I have it connected to my laptop and my iPad. I watch tv on my iPad, but when I get an IM or email on my laptop, it switches to the laptop playing the sound from there. They reach about 30 feet without disconnecting. Originally, I bought the Sony headphones that were priced the same. The Sony has better noise cancelling and cooler features, but the sound was terrible. The only comparison I can think of between the sound of the two is like the Sony is an AM radio while these are a CD player. I tried to adjust the settings of the Sony, but could not get them to sound anywhere near as good as these, but that is my impression. I ended up taking the Sony back after a couple of days to get these and have not regretted it a bit.

Had these headphones for two years and they are still as good as the day I got them. I got them as an Open-Box item but I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The sound quality is great and the noise cancelling is really good as well.
