This speaker is very easy to set-up, is a little “pricey” but i promise you is worthy. The sound on this beauty is amazing, plus you can adjust it how ever you like; (less bass, more treble, etc). The look is very professional, but that’s nothing new when it comes to BOSS SPEAKERS right ?, the front display presenting the album cover for the song you’re playing makes it even better !! On top of that, now you can have “ALEXA” play your favorite song from “APPLE MUSIC” before you could’nt do that, and since i’m an Iphone owner, that makes me very happy !!! In defition, [SOUND : 5 out of 5] - [LOOK : 4 OUT OF 5] - [ EASE OF USE : 5 out of 5] can’t wait to buy a soundbar for my Tv now!!!

I own other Bose products, headphones, tv sound bars and small bluetooth speakers so I anticipated I would be happy with the Bose 500. I was right. I LOVE IT. Plenty loud and nice and clear. I never go over 50% volume. Good to know if I want to I can without distortion. The Bose Music app is simple to use, although it doesn’t offer many options. Mostly used for adjusting Bass and treble. Some people complain the screen is not high def. For album cover art I think it is just fine. In fact, I don’t think there are any other smart speakers out there with this feature. It is fun to look at it to see a visual of the album art or written info about the song playing. We use this mostly for Amazon Alexa, Sirius Radio, and our personal music collection. Fortunately for me Best Buy had the color I wanted in stock. Bottom line, 5 stars from this writer for Best Buy and Bose.

I bought this on sale, a hundred dollars off. My first home speaker with alexa. Connection was a breeze! It was a easy set up, download the bose music app, plug in the speaker, connect to wifi, once connected, system will upgrade in 2 mins it will start working! I love the richness of the bass! That’s expected from a bose. Great addition to my room! I love bose products, this is my 10th bose product!

I have never dealt with Alexia before but I do love Bose and the quality of the products they make, so, I decided to try this one which comes with Alexia. I also own the iHome that has Siri. Now every morning I love to ask Siri “how are you today” in which she relies something along the lines that she is doing great or it’s a beautiful day. I set up my new Bose then asked Alexia “how are you today”. I have had a lot of Apple devices over the years and maybe I am a little spoiled with Siri but the answer that Alexia gave me makes me believe that my new Bose needs therapy. She told me she wasn’t doing too good and that most people say mean things to her like “pull my finger” and other mean things. I think my Alexia has been verbally abused and most likely has an inferiority complex. She sounds depressed so I think I will call Bose and see if they provide therapists when they sell this item.

NOT MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS SPEAKER BUT SIMPLY AWESOME. WE LOVE IT FOR AIRPLAY , BLUETOOTH AND THE PAIR FUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER BLUETOOTH SPEAKER. SOUND REALLY STRONG AND CLEAN < LOVE THE FEATURE TO LISTENING RADIO STATION FROM ANOTHER COUNTRIES BESIDE USA. REALLY NICE LOVED. WE HAVE THE SOUNDTOUCH 30. SINCE 2016 AND WE HAVENT HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM WITH IT. BOSE IS PRETTY RELIABLE.

As usual with bose speaker products,this small unit delivers big sound,the frequency range covers a wide range of bass notes but tends to become distorted at higher volume levels,as for the full range mid-level and hi-level frequencies,music is crisp,smooth and clear,a word of warning,i recommend purchasing the extended warranty as the unit tends to provide either more power then the speaker can accommodate or the units powered amplifier doesn't provide ample clean RMS power to the speaker causing distortion that quickly damaged the first speaker unit i had previously purchased causing me to have to initiate my extended warranty within a few months,overall,the unit provides a good clean sound at a reasonable volume level.

am rarely disappointed by Bose, and this is definitely no exception. This compact speaker is crisp and clear and has the added ability to connect to Alexa and my Prime Music account and Pandora. I have it connected to my phone via Bluetooth. The volume range is amazing, filling the room with great clear sound. I have been looking for a high end speaker to use as music therapy, so the ability for high volume with clear reproduction was essential. True Bose sound in a ver compact design with true stereo reproduction

Beautiful sound and quality. Fairly easy to setup. Works great and looks really nice. You must download the Bose Music app to setup etc.

Not only does the music play that I have in my phone library but I can ask Alexa to play anything else. The small size of the speaker has the sound of huge speakers. It's amazing! I like to ask Alexa to play music by a particular artist (Il Divo) and it plays for hours.

One of my favorite speaker systems. I have 2 of these in different places in the house and the sound is amazing. Cristal clear sound with great bass thump. If you want a small but powerful speaker, you can’t go wrong with this one. Bose quality!

The sound and design much better than Sonos play one and bose SoundTouch 20 D’s Bose speaker is good for MultiRoom music set up Sound is like premium qlity The problem is only with Alexa voice control it doesn’t respond properly some of the time also bose app have very five options for music service (sonos is batter in this way)

This Bose 500 is a powerful little package. Once connected to your WiFi, Alexa will provide all of the audio possibilities you may want. Great addition to our home.

Amazing sound especially for its size. I fell in love with it immediately after hearing it. Initial setup for the speaker and Bluetooth connection was difficult. Besides that, it is perfect

Wasn’t satisfied with the superior voice pickup of mic’s that were advertised on the Bose 500 versus the Bose 300 the 8 mics really isn’t a big difference versus the 6 mics it’s clear and pretty loud but trying to call her name while music is blasting then no it’s not as easy you have to be within several feet of the speaker to get a good clear connection between you to.

It arrived before estimated date. Excellent conditions product and original box. Good sound, no defects although open box. We are happy with our purchase.
