The T 10 is an excellent treadmill that is well built and very quiet. There are limitations built into the Android operating system to encourage buyers to subscribe to JRNY. To fully utilize the operating system you need to subscribe to JRNY ($19.99 monthly or $149 yearly plus tax). JRNY provides 50 scenic programs some with trainers and 4 apps. The apps are Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu and Disney+. Unlike Roku there is no ability to add additional apps like You Tube or HBO Max, Discovery + etc. The treadmill includes a manual app for use when NOT subscribing to JRNY. I use the manual app set the speed and incline and select one of 3 scenic apps. With the volume turned off on the T 10 monitor I watch concert videos on a 52" Sony TV with surround sound system. I highly recommend this treadmill as well as purchasing the $249 delivery, assemble and haul away service from Best Buy.

Can’t use without wifi or if you want to just quick start, not an option. After two weeks, speaker issues occurred, lots of static. I found that it happens with internet interference, it is in a room with my computer. It’s annoying though but it only began happening right after I connected to Netflix. I thought maybe I blew out the speaker, but doubtful, because it was at normal volume, the volume that is set when you start a station or music. So weird. Still hasn’t gone away but it has died down. Downfall, when turned on, the system would start up and the center screen would just spin, looking for internet I guess. So I missed 2 days of workout which was annoying! Then I changed the outlet it was in and it came on right away. But I didn’t think of this until 2 days after it stopped booting all the way up and allowing me to sign in. Other issue, can I just stay logged in?? I guess not if it’s recommended that you turn the equipment off after usage, but the only quick way to get started is to go in as a guest: but it won’t keep track of my workouts. Anyhow, 4 stars because it works at most times, almost gave a 3 star but it has been working fine the last 1.5 weeks now. Just annoying to have the static, slow start up, and no auto start option(which I guess auto start could be sign in as guest option). I enjoy working out from home and I did use the non treadmill workouts out too, like exercise with dumbbells: I need to start toning my legs and upper torso too. Btw, buy the mat for underneath equipment when on or off carpet. Mine is on carpet and prevents fibers from entering. (Recommend more mat though, buying today!) it’s Okay for small space, lol! Do what you have to do. Some days too hot to go for a walk, or run outside of home, so reason for purchase, so now I can get up and exercise before work and don’t have an excuse to not do it.

I really like this treadmill. It’s very sturdy and well built. I’m a big guy and I use this mostly for walking. I’m not a super huge fan of the JRNY monthly subscription, but I’m pretty cheap and I don’t want to spend the extra money. The good news is you can use this in manual mode. There are also a very small amount(not many at all) of programs that they provide without having a subscription. I think what really won me over was the customer service. I had an issue with the speakers crackling and I chatted with a rep and they said they would send me out a new part. Well I had separate question that I emailed them about, this was a user error problem, and they emailed me back and the rep mentioned that he saw they were sending me a replacement part and that they had the wrong one marked down. He fixed it for me and I received the right part. Very helpful.

The Bowflex 10 is a sturdy and capable machine. The belt is cushioned with a large 60" deck. The controls are easy to use while you are moving. There are several way to change the speed and incline without having to stop. While the machine does fold up - it is really heavy and hard to lift the deck. However, there is a soft-drop when you are putting it back down. A few drawbacks - It is a 10 inch step up onto the deck. The machine weighs over 300 lbs and takes up quite a bit of room. If I had it to buy over again I would go with the 22" screen. The 10" screen feels very small. I had a Geek Squad put it together and they made a huge mistake and put the left controls and the right and the right on the left. Also, they didn't connect the wires so nothing worked. I am not sure how that happened as the piece were marked "L" and "R". So, while I ordered it on 3/29//23 I did not actually have a working machine till 5/9/23. Make sure who ever puts it together knows what they are doing.

Only used it twice, but have been super impressed. Super sturdy. Had to return a proform 9000 to get this one, and I have no regrets. Wide running board, easy to set up and easy to use. Had a guest setting that enables you to enjoy few workouts without registration. I registered my account and got even more workout programs. Not sure how the JNRN membership works though, not sure if registering my account automatically activates the JNRN membership. The Bluetooth heart rate monitor works pretty well too. So far, this is the best treadmill I ever owned (had three previously). Let’s hope it’s stays that way.

I am giving this a poor review, not because Bowflex made a bad treadmill, but because the acceleration switch on the right arm does not work. I am in the Process of trying to contact Best Buy, to have the switch replaced but I am getting the run around. The Treadmill itself is great! there are other buttons for acceleration so ive been running. It has a wide belt which is good for a bow legged fella like me, its solid! like a Gym treadmill and I like that. the digital screen can be frustrating to navigate which you have to do if you plan on working out. how about a simple quick start! instead of having to scroll through multiple screens to get to a manual run. the rest of the treadmill makes up for this small inconvenience.I would in fact recommend this treadmill to anyone. It remains to be seen if I would ever recommend buying it from Best Buy.

I run 15-18 miles a week on this treadmill and have it enjoyed it so far. The free membership to the subscription was a nice addon, like using the scenic routes to keep things random throughout workouts. I had a problem with one of the control arm buttons not working, but their customer service sent me a new part immediately. Arrived in two days and was able to switch it out easily. The problem came back and customer service sent me the entire upper control panel in two more days. Haven’t had any issues with it since. Would probably spring for the bigger screen if I was buying again.

Was excited to get working out to better my health and lose weight. This piece of overly heavy trash is ruining my motivation. I have been waiting collectively for over an hour for the machine to go to the next step but it is just stuck on the same loading screen as pictured. I’ve tried turning off the machine and rebooting but that takes forever to load up and it doesn’t help. I’ve waited so long that the screen locks and I have to touch the screen to unlock. Not knowing if that just starts the so called “loading” all over. I’m sure it’s a great machine if it works but as my first time, this is a horrible first impression.

Love it! I’ve had this treadmill for three weeks now and it’s been great! However, it did an automatic update yesterday and now the timing of videos are off and it doesn’t change settings as quickly as I’d like. I have to keep pressing the button. I’m hoping it works itself out or I’ll be calling. Other than that, it’s a sturdy, fun way to work out.

A PAPERWEIGHT after 2 years! This product has a major design flaw. If you get a communication error related to a EEPROM issue the product is in the garbage. Repair technician told me he has attempted to recover dozens of treadmills from this issue with NIL success. He also told me that the company (the new company that purchased the product line in 2024) know of this significant issue and insists that it is an electrical issue therefor only 2 year warranty applies. DO NOT BUY!

I paid $2k for this and why does this treadmill suck so much!! Always when im trying to finish my workout it stops !! And this pops up not just 1 but many and I have to reset and start over!!!Sometimes even turning it off wont work and it says to call costumer support and if its a weekend no working out untill Monday because there closed weekend!! Its an expensive treadmill for it to be doing this .We think that because it has a screen and more fancy but it dont work . And if you want to use ghe screen you have to pay membership for $20 a month when the puece of garbage dont work!!!

Little too bulky I wish the front was a little more sleek to create a less bulky feel
I’ve never lost weight as quickly as I am now with the Bowflex treadmill, burning an impressive 1000 calories daily. The easy access to adjust the incline is a huge plus, making my workouts more varied and challenging. However, I’m not pleased that you must subscribe to JRNY to access Netflix on the device. It feels like an unnecessary barrier to using a feature that could make long workout sessions more enjoyable. Overall, great for fitness, less so for entertainment flexibility.

I got this treadmill because I weigh 250 pounds and needed something sturdy with good cushioning to support my weight. After a few months, this treadmill has not disappointed. As others have mentioned, the interface could be better and there's always an occasional glitch as with any electronic device, but none of that has affected my workouts. Also, best buy delivery and installation was prompt and quick. Overall good product.

I returning this treadmill today. This is the second one in three months. The heartbeat sensors shocks every time I put my hands on it. The USB port shocks every time I touch it. The wifi is always disconnecting with a "No network connection" error every 5 seconds. Bowflex says contact Best Buy and the latter says it's the machine that's defective.

Have had this treadmill for 2 months and what a conplete hassle this $2000 unit has been. The o/s is very buggy and struggles to boot up, half way through workouts, it shuts down and takes 10-15 minuets to restart. Today, in more exciting news, I got the blue screen that displays "systen failure" . Tried the suggested steps it suggested and to contact their customer support if the steps didnt work. Ended up trying to call customer support but guess what...they are not available on weekends. Reading other reviews, it appears im in for a very lomg ride before i can get this thing to work, Bowflex isnt what it use to be

A treadmill you cannot use without WiFi is WORTHLESS. Makes no sense whatsoever! For the amount of money spent on a product like this, you should be able to use the treadmill manually without WiFi or the JRNY features. Also, sometimes the home screen wont allow me to use the treadmill because it aays I need to connect to WiFi, even though the WiFi screen shows that I am connected! Which is really a shame, because the build quality is excellent, and the runway is really sturdy.

First week of use and the system crashes 5-10mins into a workout. Imagine power walking or running and then it just crashes…. Not safe and very slow operating system. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING. Saving you time and money, you’re welcome!!!
