Bought this because we lost our bottled water service and needed a way to heat water for our department. The pot is sturdy and holds a lot of water and keeps the water at a set temperature for a few hours when using the "Warm" feature. The only downside is it takes 3+ minutes to heat a full pot of water to boiling.

This product has various functions which satisfy the needs. Capacity is big enough

The kettle works fine. Only problem is the handle, that in the picture it looks nice and made of wood, but in reality it is plastic with kind of cheap looking wooden print. If I knew, I'd chose other styles of the same kettle. I thought it looks cool.It doesnt. Nevertheless it works.
