Bought this because we lost our bottled water service and needed a way to heat water for our department. The pot is sturdy and holds a lot of water and keeps the water at a set temperature for a few hours when using the "Warm" feature. The only downside is it takes 3+ minutes to heat a full pot of water to boiling.
