Looks nice, works well enough!
Bought to match our set and replace our older fridge. Does it's job. One annoyance is that when opening the freezer, the ice tray bangs rather loudly due to the roller tray design.

Horrible Experience

My experience with Best Buy have been the most ridiculous experience I hope I never experience again!! 4 refrigerators was delivered to my home. I spoke with customer service over 8-10 times. Visited the store I made my original purchase 3-4 times. I purchased a membership and I want my money back because I will never shop at Best Buy again or refer family or friends.

Hello- We appreciate your purchase and are happy you like the aesthetics of it. This is a beautiful Counter-Depth model that has a lot of great features. Newer refrigerators sound different from older refrigerators. Modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology so you will hear them more than your previous model. i got the refrigerator on 1st June and in the vegetable compartment my vegetable became ice. The jar that i have liquid has ice cube. It took me few days to call Geek Squad because I always had to way very long. After 4 days I finally got someone to answer. I paid extra 3 years protection plan and now I have to wait for Ge to come to repair all day today and no one is here yet. I was asking to return this refrigerator and the answer was over 15 days. Steve said he will ask the supervisor and I waited for 2 hours on phone and then finally the phone stoppedPurchase on 03/04/2020

Interior light was crooked. Inside had scratches from tools/assembly. Freezer door extremely flimsy and wobbly. Tool that came with handles didn’t fit. Not worth the price at all.

I ordered this refrigerator in November for a Dec 18 delivery, before Christmas. On the day before I contacted Best Buy for details and they said the delivery date had been cancelled because the item is not in. So why didn't anyone warn us so we did not miss time from work and move everything in prep for delivery? Then we had to schedule a new date, waiting another 3 weeks for Jan 8, so we did not have the fridge for Christmas dinner, etc. After we got a message that we have a new date for Jan 13 with no explanation. Delivery service does not answer the phone so my advice is do not buy a fridge from Best Buy.
