The all-in-one, Canon imageCLASS MF247dw laser printer offers high quality output, feature-rich capabilities and reliability that is ideal for any small office or home office environment. The imageCLASS MF247dw has print, scan, copy and fax capabilities so you can accomplish all necessary tasks with just one machine. I have had this for quite sometime and really like it. I have two printers and this is the main one for the printing of black and white materials. It also prints double sided so I save lots of paper when used. I use it moderately for work and personal use. It is fairly quick and the like the print. It is legible. It also scans which I use quite a bit for work as well as copies and I think faxes although I do not use the fax feature. Note on the scan, you can send it to a computer, flash drive or email. I have also been able to print from my phone and my Kindle which is a wonderful feature. I think the original ink cartridge lasted over 2000 pages so you get quite a bit of use.

- bought it during a sale period and price was affordable - difficult to follow the instructions in the manual for driver installation , set up ,etc. -to register product one needs serial # but the description of where serial # is located was confusing -what is described in manual does not match what is on machine - so far print, copy scan works smooth and well - still need to install fax - manual instructions needs improvement. Otherwise it is very frustrating fire the customer . - once you figure it out it works well - needs patience and time

The price on this unit couldn't be better. Canon makes a great all-in-one printer at rock bottom prices. It performs as well as many higher end HP's I have owned in the past. Highly recommend.

Love all the features, wireless printing, mobile printing directly from the mobile device via the built in WiFi hotspot is awesome!

Amazing easy to install. Prints, copies and scans effortlessly. Fax connection confusing since it interferes with voice calling. Fax function good if you have a separate, dedicated phone line just for faxes. The unit lost it's IP address and assigned a new one after having shut off the printer. Had to re-configure port IP address on my laptop to see new address of printer. I now keep the printer on all the time to avoid this. Despite the wireless issue, I love the printer. The images are crisp and clean.

Printing from low-power mode to sheet in hand is super fast. Scanning to email works, so it's future-proof to OS changes. Built in print duplexer to save even more money. This was a great value.

This printer is super fast and does an amazing job. However, I have a Mac and the software doesn't handle the MAC OS. So I called Canon Customer support and they put me straight, the young man I worked with helped me set up my IMAC and my laptop. Things are working great and its super for the volume of printing I do.

I am very pleased with my Canon printer. It is easy to use & prints fast. Bought it to print tax returns this year & it worked perfectly.

This printer does exactly what I need. It prints fast and great quality. It was also very easy to set up.

Easy setup and get started. Got a little bit problem with the wireless settings, but not too troublesome.

So far, one week, it installed easily and has been working fine. The print and copy quality is also very good and it scanned well. It does two sided copying 1-2, but if you need more you need the next model up (MF 249dw)

I have come to like Cannon printers. I use to buy HP printers in the past but even with light use they would break down. So I decided to try a Cannon.......what a wonderful choice. My Cannon is lasting way longer then my past purchases of HP printers!

So easy to set up. 1st print out was very fast. Feel good with this printer

The laser printer was easy to set up and install it printed very fast

Replaced Epson 600 series color all in one inkjet printer with Canon b/w laser AIO with fax capability. Much improved print quality for a very reasonably priced device. Plus more features at a much lower cost per image printed since I didn't use color printing very often.

I have not used the printer very much that is part of the reason for the four stars. The other reason is that the initial setup should be more used friendly. All in all it appears to be a great printer. Fast print. Have not used the fax function yet.

One of the best Printer I have ever owned. Bought it to make sure the kids can print from home instead of going to library all the time. This printer did it.

I read the instructions on how to set this up. It was pretty straight forward. What a pleasure to print from my phone or iPad. Great choice at a great price since I got this on sale.
