I'm so very tiered of replacing very expensive, very little cartages. prior to this purchase, I tried the epson 4850, I agree with the other review, No comparison. I like the fact that Canon reservoir for the ink will accommodate the whole refile bottle so you don't have four bottles with 10-15% left in them laying around. The setup was pretty straightforward. I am a Mac user and the wireless setup worked well. The touch screen is very responsive and ez to use. All aspect of the paper handling work extremely well. I scan a lot of multiple documents so, the document feeder and dual side scanning is a top priority. I have to say that I am very impressed with this printer and I can see that it will meet my needs for quite some time.

I bought this Canon GX7020 printer on 2/8/22 and it has worked great. Printing is fast; love the 2 trays and auto feed feature. Today is 2/5/23 and the mega tank of ink still has the original ink. Wow!

Got this printer in august of 2021. I am currently over 5 months into this product. So far it is a very sufficient product for my home office use. However it comes with some drawbacks. SOFTWARE, I don't think it is very intuitive to use and paper setting for each feed location is very confusing. Especially when it comes to feeding envelope, which you can only use the rear feeder. I simply having difficult time figuring out which envelope in the setting is the correct one; I did not have the same issue when I was using Epson Eco-tank series. Post Firmware-update: Printing from air print became consistently unreliable. Possibly due to the prompt from the printer stating to call the customer support. After scanning the code from the prompt and visiting the website, there is a RECALL on the unit for possible ink leaking issue, and Canon offer "Free" repair on the unit. Obviously the unit is still on warranty, funny thing is their customer support also clearly state regarding the "Free" repair on the recall, as if they are doing me a favor. Now lastly, the ink price vs competitor notably Epson Eco Tanks. It much higher cost base on what I've seen. More research needed. Scanner: probably the main reason I did not return this product, and main reason for me getting an all-in-one product. Scanner Document feeder can scan both sides of the documents and at significant amount of speed, given if you didn't set the DPI above 200. Which works fine for word documents. Overall, it is a very solid product. I hope canon will improve the software experiences, and let's hope the recall/repair doesn't make my experience worst. Will post an update once I get my unit back from the repair.

Great bundle! While not professional grade, this little printer was a big step up from our tired HP. The tank system seems to work pretty well and the print quality is everything we had hoped for. If you like to print labels, keep an eye on them as the rollers have a tendency to peel them off once in a while. Did our "homework" before the purchase and have been pleased with the results.

I have used this product for over 5 months, and recently it has just left my hand due to manufacture recall for my unit which falls under the Serial Number Range. This recall was triggered by an update. Here’s my pro and cons of this product: -Good Document feeding scanner, which offer duplex scanning, it also scans at good speed giving you don’t go above 200dpi. -Relative expensive ink vs Epson’s EcoTank series, perhaps due to larger ink volume per product. More research needed, has not even come close to refilling. -Poor software experience for paper type, in particular setting up envelope. Specially with no good instruction available for setting up paper. Epson was much easier when it comes to this aspect. -AirPrint isn’t connecting with the printer consistently, it happened after the updating that is keep prompting for recall. But that hasn’t happened with my windows PC (with software installed). If you are shopping for this product you may want to consider Epson EcoTank Pro ET-5850/5880 , to me Epson has offer better software experience.

I'm really enjoying this printer! So glad I decided to upgrade and it has been pure joy for my business. I love the fact that you no longer have to purchase ink cartridges. One of my favorite feature is you have the option to send your scanned documents directly to your email. I love the double paper holder drawer, you operate the printer directly from the printer screen not your computer. There are so many benefits and I can't name them all but you will not be sorry if you purchase this printer. Yes the GX7020 is pricey but it is worth it! I upgraded from Canon MX922 and haven't looked back. I did a lot of research before I decided on this one and I definitely made the RIGHT CHOICE! Setup was EASY! What are you waiting on? GO GET IT TELL'EM I SENT YA!

The printer works beautifully! High print quality! The amount of printing I have already done and the ink is still plentiful. That is a game-changer! The only negative is that this printer does not print borderless. A feature (or lack of) that should be outlined in the specs. Since I need borderless printing for my business. This printer loses a star.

I love this printer. It does everything I need it to do. I love that the ink can last 3yrs if your not printing excessively and very easy to operate. The setup was so easy.

Canon printer without pricey cartridges.. means greener too.. win win.. duplex scan and print is very fast.. quality print is what I expect from Canon.. worth the upgrade especially if you can get a deal.. but even if not I'd say. tops Epson.. no contest.

Have owned several other Canon color printers over the years so when I needed a new high end printer I chose Canon over HP and Brother. Big mistake. Construction and materials feel very inexpensive and not quality. Now after a year the printer will only print in B&W no matter what computer (Mac or Windows) I use. New drivers and unplugging and restarting make no difference nor does removing all the presets. Such a mistake I made buying this printer.

It’s more than I wanted to spend on a printer but it’s worth it and makes work easier.
