Easy to use when it's working alot of times it don't want to except my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and when it does print it always kicks out a blank sheet of paper before printing and then it's prints really slow no matter what you print. I have had a lot of Canon printers but this one is the only one I having problems with.

Setup fairly easy, although some of the features like scanning require settings not possible on the printer itself but are likely buried within an online app. Time will tell if a supertank printer uses less ink, as ink levels after about 600 pages are down apx 20%... Had one occasion when printer insisted on running a roller cleaning which took about five minutes.

The printing is excellent. I bought this because I like to print pictures from our family gatherings to give to family members. I like to print them from Photoshop. But for some reason when I tell it to print from Photoshop, put photo paper in the back tray and tell it to print from the back tray it will not do it. I can go into my photo gallery and pick a picture and print it from there. I will keep trying to get it to work. But the quality of the printing is great.

This Canon printer is working great. The first that I bought had misaligned border lines on the scans, but returned to Best Buy without issue and the second is working fine. This is much more printer than I need for a home office, but having the single-pass duplex scanning ADF was what I wanted. That is working great and the print quality and paper handling have all been excellent so far. Overall a high quality multifunction inkjet printer. that I highly recommend.

This is a well-made printer. It is very easy to use and will handle all your printing needs. The perfect printer for my home office use. You get what you pay for and it should last a long time

Printing is not as sharp as my Epson WF-7840 but I wanted a single pass duplex scanner and this machine knocks it out of the park. The Epson would pull in 3-4 pages at a time. I had to stand and manually feed each paper in. This one scans perfectly saving lots of time! Simple set up and operation too! Great value…wait for sale!!

This printer is awesome! Saving so much money on ink! And the fax feature is a great option for me!

Switched from my 8 y.o. HP - which still works perfectly - but Ink $$$$. We thought we would save so much on ink by switching to the $600 Canon. However not saving as it only works about 35% of the time. Serious connectivity issues. Need to reboot frequently. Met another customer at the BB Geek Squad with the same unit and the same problem. They could not help her.

This printer is so good. When I ordered this same printer through Canon it was going to take 4 weeks to get to us and it was $200 more. I am so glad we went with Best Buy!

It’s a good printer except it eats single checks which are remaining from perforated Quick Books checks. My last HP printer had capability of printing just 1 check. Have tried all sources of help including overseas agents, geek squad, in person sales agent, you tube, and online Canon agent. All were nice. No solution. Haven’t accomplished envelopes either. Love this printer but it doesn’t come with explanation. Any ideas appreciated. I hate to return it since works on everything else including fax.
