Customer Ratings & Reviews

Product arrived damaged. See photos. It’s useable but doesn’t look good.

Product came damaged and kinda not stable, we bought a brand new and it looks like open box

Bought last Christmas opened the box and a piece had a small defect. the company was super friendly and eager to replace. My daughter wanted the grand piano sound with weighted keys. She is super happy opening this

Easy to set up and it does not take up much room. Love how the sensitive keys sound!

I was looking for a piano with weighted velocity-keys and this one works so well. It sounds fantastic as a digital piano. Doesnt have a lot of sounds, but its overall quality is asttoounding.

Sounds great and works great. I've put this in a very open area, the volume is great in a quiet area but if there's too much noise you won't hear it much.

We have always had a "real" piano, but we wanted to try this for size and ease of moving. The dark wood is very attractive and fits our smaller room well. The keys don't feel exactly like a standard keyboard, but they are similar enough to be satisfactory. We enjoy using it and agree that it was worth the price.

It sounds like a traditional piano and then some. It fits in my house perfectly. I think it's great for those who want to learn how to or return to playing the piano, and for those who don't want to worry about tuning a piano! Win win all around!

This is our first piano purchase and so far, it’s been wonderful. It was purchased for my son’s lessons which do not begin until the new year. While he’s only 6- the separate purchase of color coded note stickers has his already beginning to play and enjoy using this.

Sounds and feel like real piano. And with the benefit of an electronic instrument such as changing tone, volume

It’s perfect for my granddaughter. It’s beautiful and doesn’t take up a lot of space like a traditional piano.

Great purchase. Arrived sooner than the scheduled day. Very easy to assemble. Sound is better than expected.

Love this for my daughter! Great for her piano lessons. Great sound and great quality

Sound and quality are absolutely great in this bad boy. Setting up was easy, watch video on Youtube. Quality is amazing and looks great.

Excellent quality. Got this for the kids for Christmas and they’re already playing tunes!
