I had a solia flat iron for 7yrs and still working but I wanted to try this CHI brand. I had a $40 reward gift certificate from BBuy so I bought this and its a steal. I love this flat iron because it's very easy to use and easy to straighten my hair. Plus it will automatically shut off if not in use when still plugged, safety reason!

I love this flat iron! I have thick long hair and all the flat irons I've tried before could not get all the kinks out but this 1 not only gets it super straight it also will curl the bottoms! Highly recommend it

This is the best flat iron I have ever used. It has a multi temperature control and separate on and off switch. The best thing is the outside handle and even the outside flat iron part doesn't get hot on your hand.

This hair iron was amazing!!! I purchased it in November 2016 and just replaced it this month on June 2021. That's 5 years of impeccable hair! I would straighten my hair once twice a week and it was always on point! Definitely would recommend this product 100%. The comb and brush did not last as long as the iron itself though. And as far as the temperature resistant mat, i still have it! Works like a charm as well.

Saw this on a clearance table and couldn't pass it up! Great straightener. Heats up quickly and works great! Also has automatic shut off if you forget to turn it off.

Had been keeping an eye for a Chi flat iron, so when I noticed one sitting on the Clearance table as 50% off, I grabbed it in no time. Got it for $50 and for its great performance, what a steal. Heats up within 20 seconds once plugged in and ready to use. The end of the cord connecting the iron turns automatically as you turn the iron (to create curls), which makes it super easy to maneuver. Beware of its design though, for people who concern this, that the entire top part (the functioning part) gets hot inside out so if you're attempted to touch the surface of the iron when straightening or curling, you might hurt yourself. I guess the purpose for this is to evenly distribute the heat when you use it to curl your hair. Overall a very nice flat iron suitable for hair curling purposes. It's got a great selection of design and patterns as well.

This hair straightener works really well on my coarse, semi-wavy, naturally frizzy, thick hair. I was worried the size of the plates would be difficult to get the job done but I have been pleasantly surprised at how well & how quickly this straightens my hair. It also heats up really quickly which makes mornings go a bit more smoothly! Going on two years with regular use and no issues!

This hair iron is great for my hair which is wavy and it also works wonders for my best friends hair which is curly and thick.

My wife loved it. Works amazing and she loves the color! Heats up quickly so we get out of the house ten times faster!

I love this particular flatiron. I have had 2 before. One very expensive one and one that fried my hair. This one is by far the best. You can change the temp setting. It gets hot fast and cools off fast. I have been using it every day for over a month now and my hair hasn't been damaged at all!
