[Employee of bestbuy] This device really helps reach specific areas better. The grove in the middle allows it to press on each side of the spine to get that adjustment better. I have really decreased the number of times that I am at my chiropractors office.

Works great to get knots out and help loosen muscles in upper back/shoulder area. I use it up against a wall rather than laying down with it. Small size so easy to store as well and doesn't take up all the room of a full size foam roller.

This is the best of the Chirp wheels. We own all 4 sizes. This is great for bringing to work for work on your neck or to put between your back and chair to correct your posture. Great investment, would highly recommend.

Nice simple product that works "ok" at relieving some stress and tightness. However, the cost is far too high for this simple product. It is easy but not that comfortable to use.
