Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m very pleased with this Dell refurbished desktop. I was looking for a computer that would be useful for everyday tasks, school, browsing the internet, streaming, and having a nice-looking setup without spending a huge amount of money, and this computer has been a good fit for what I needed. The setup was pretty straightforward, and I liked that the computer came with the monitor, keyboard, and mouse, which made it easier to get everything set up without having to purchase a bunch of additional accessories separately. The RGB lighting on the keyboard, mouse, and computer also gives the setup a nice gaming-style appearance. The computer itself is compact, which I really like because it doesn’t take up a lot of room on my desk. It has enough storage and memory for the things I primarily use it for, including schoolwork, browsing, watching videos, using different applications, and general everyday use. The SSD also helps make the computer feel responsive when opening programs and getting things done. I was initially a little unsure about buying a refurbished computer because I wasn’t sure what condition it would arrive in, but overall I was happy with the condition and the way everything was packaged. It’s nice being able to get a computer like this without having to pay the price of a brand-new high-end desktop. Another thing I appreciate is having Windows 11 Pro already installed, so I didn’t have to worry about installing an operating system myself. Once everything was connected and set up, I was able to start using it without a lot of hassle. For someone who needs a computer for school, work, internet browsing, entertainment, and everyday tasks, this is a solid option. It also works well for someone who wants a desktop setup that looks good without taking up a huge amount of space. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The combination of the Dell desktop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, Wi-Fi, SSD storage, and RGB accessories makes this a convenient package, especially for someone who wants a complete setup instead of buying every piece separately. For a refurbished computer, I think it offers a good balance of features and affordability. I would definitely consider purchasing another refurbished Dell computer in the future.
