Start up time is good. Steam wand works while using the grinder. The built in tamper is not great. I have to do the tamping twice and have to mess with the grind amount settings each time. Arrived broken. Which was really frustrating.

Just needs a better job on shipping items,the water tank came broken.opened a ticket from them and they shipped a brand new one,overall the machine does work good

Product arrived with a faulty pressure guage and was unable to pull shots. Credit where it is due, they did offer me a small partial refund if i wanted to let them fix it.

I really wanted this Espresso coffee machine because it has the right features and looks. Too good to be true price because I ordered twice, once using Best Buy and once using Amazon, from same 3rd party vendor (Beach Camera). Twice the units where leaking all over. This would be a lottery if you get a reliable working unit.

Not refurbished, didn’t make coffee, only leaked water out of the bottom. My guess is the wayer pump was out and not fixed

Came in and would not pressurize to brew coffee or an espresso. Tried to get a replacement and was given the wrap around about how to resolve the issue by the “marketplace suplier”. Still have not been able to return it days later due to them not scheduling a pick up time with fed ex to come get it. I do not recommend the product as it came broken. But i do not recommend the supplier for how hard it is to get it resolved. The said either I get a discount and keep a broken espresso machine or return it. I asked for a replacement and they said no.
