After owning three different espresso machines purchased from Seattle Coffee Gear over the years, we decided it was time for an upgrade. We were longtime customers, so when my husband asked if they could offer any type of returning customer discount, they simply said no. He mentioned that Best Buy had the same machine for less, and their response was essentially, "Okay, go ahead." That made our decision very easy. We purchased the De'Longhi from Best Buy, and we couldn't be happier. It has exceeded our expectations in every way. One of our biggest frustrations with our previous Philips machine was that it struggled with flavored or slightly oily coffee beans. The De'Longhi handles them beautifully without any problems. Our favorite feature is the interchangeable bean hoppers. We can keep two different types of beans ready to go and switch between them in seconds, which is perfect when we want to change from a regular roast to a flavored coffee or espresso blend. The drink selection is incredible. Whether you're in the mood for espresso, cappuccino, latte, or just about any other specialty coffee, this machine delivers consistently excellent results. The coffee tastes fantastic, the machine is easy to use, and it has quickly become one of our favorite kitchen appliances. We're also very glad we purchased it from Best Buy. The price was competitive, the buying experience was excellent, and we feel like we ended up with a much better machine than we expected. If you're looking for a premium coffee machine that is versatile, reliable, and makes amazing coffee, we highly recommend the De'Longhi. We absolutely love ours!

This coffee machine has changed my life! So easy to setup and the learnbing process has been exciting and fun! The machine has easy to follow instruction - both in the actual and on the device's display that makes it easy to figure out how to use it. Which is great because there are a MILLION ways to use it! I love that you can create separate user profiles AND multiple coffee profiles (Italian Dark Roast, Decaf, etc). You can customize just about everything and the machine remembers what you set. It even knows what you like at different times of the day! Maintenance is a breeze. The machine reminds you when it's time to empty the grounds, clean the milk caraff, and even when to change the water filter. It also gives step by step instructions for each. Only criticism that I can make is that the lid to the milk caraff should be more secure - maybe a latch - so that you don't accidentally grab it wrong and drop the bottom off and spill milk everywhere (that has happened :/). Keureg and regular drip are a thing of the past!

I've seen reviews online and there was a lot of positive comments about this machine... i came from a Keurig and buying those K cups were enough for me. I'm very simple and don't need much but i kept thinking to myself... I'm tired of buying k cups... and thinking that buying coffee beans is so much cheaper (in the long run). I kept trying to convince myself that i don't need it, so i asked my wife hoping that she would convince me not to get it... she told me the exact opposite, " you always drink coffee, i think you should get it". So i bought it and yeah best coffee in my life, who needs to spend $6 - $8 a cup when i can make it at home! Gotta buy it and experience it yourself.

I love my Rivelia! It’s easy to use and very convenient. It’s perfect for me and my husband as we are both busy and always on the go. It’s nice to have your espresso ready in just few minutes.

This machine is great! The quality of espresso is excellent coming from a super automatic. Set up is a breeze! Dialing your coffee in is simple for anyone new to espresso and you can save profiles for your different coffees if you enjoy variety. The ability to have separate user profiles as well is great! Although I primarily use it for the espresso (or 2x shots of espresso), I have found myself making drinks I wouldn’t normally attempt due to time given how easy this machine makes it! The milk frothing is truly amazing from this machine. It creates perfectly silky micro-foam you’d expect from your standard coffee shop every time. If you are someone who enjoys great coffee but want to save some time in your morning (or afternoon) routine, buy this machine!

This is absolutely without a doubt the best choice ever! I originally purchased a Breville, and after 1 use it would not grind the beans. I called the company and tried everything they suggested but nothing worked. They told me it may be a defective machine. But enough is enough. So i returned it and selected this one. Best decision ever. Set up took minutes. Its so easy to use and has a nuce variety of coffees to select from. Espresso, double Espresso, cappuccino, latte, just to name a few. I also purchased the cold brew add on which gives me several cold brew options! Trust me, don't hesitate just get this one. You will not regret it! Best machine ever!!!

I absolutely love my De'Longhi Rivelia! The integrated grinder and variety of coffee options are fantastic. I especially appreciate the flexibility—espresso today, Americano tomorrow, and my husband can enjoy decaf whenever he wants. The dual bean hoppers are super easy to switch out, and I love that I don’t have to fuss with grind settings or clean the tapper after every use. It’s fully automatic and incredibly user-friendly. I would definitely recommend this espresso machine to anyone who wants great coffee with minimal effort!

This espresso machine is not only incredibly stylish in its Arctic White finish, but it also looks stunning in my white kitchen—like it was made for the space. The ease of doing different coffees is very simple. I like the accessible ground tray in the front and its bigger than our previous one, Makes the removal less messy. Being able to save your drink is also a plus.

Cleaning. This is the easiest machine I’ve ever maintained. You can make the greatest espresso on the planet, but if it takes an hour to tear the thing apart afterward, how long before it becomes a chore you avoid? For me, this checks the boxes that actually matter in real life. Reliable. Repeatable. Practical. I have zero hesitation saying it: it’s absolutely worth the money.

Love my new espresso machine. Super easy to make a variety of drinks with one touch. Especially love the bean adapt technology which takes the guesswork in setting up grind and temperature for different beans. And profiles allows us to set up our own preferences for each drink.

Very quick start up, easy to clean, and delivers fantastic coffee in the morning. I've been trying out a variety of coffee beans and settings to get the right taste.. every experiment is turning out to taste great. Makes great lattes!

The best part of this coffee maker is that it allows you to use different beans, like decaf and regular if desired. The coffee is better than an elite coffee shop and our family is enjoying it immensely. Highly recommend. No more plastic pods for us! :)

Consistent coffee so far daily use since December. We only use bottled water so far and it has not asked us to run a disc scaler yet the parts that need cleaning,which are only a couple, are easy to get to and quick to clean. So far it’s worth every penny we paid the only? Is longevity as we’re only at six months.

My wife and I have loved this thing since we got it. Literally have made coffee every morning. The multiple profiles and adjustable settings for each drink is incredibly handy. It’s easy to clean and use. The milk frother has had zero issues, which was a problem we had with our last De’Longhi espresso machine. We use primarily oat milk and it does a great job at frothing that without any issue. Highly recommend

We had Jura a couple of years back but complicated maintenance if you are doing it yourself made us sell it. Then we had Gaggia Magenta for a couple of years - it was ok, but milk frother was acting up since the beginning. This is the best machine of those 3, easy to operate and maintain. We recommend it to everyone.

Great espresso machine. Milk is foamed perfect and auto cleaning of the milk tube is a great feature.
