I really like this vacuum mop. I use it during the week to prevent dirt from building up, especially because I love walking barefoot around the house. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which makes daily maintenance much easier. I still deep-clean my floors once a week, but this helps keep them looking and feeling clean in between. I would definitely recommend it.

We named her Karen, I wish I had her in my life sooner because she saves me so much time and it’s so convenient to have her. She mops and vacuums for me any time of the day , you can schedule her for whatever room you want , she’ll make a map of the entire place and mark off carpets so that she won’t mop there and only vaccum, she’s really great. My cats are still getting used to her but she has good enough sensors to detect them. I highly recommend this product!

This mop and vacuum robot. It’s truly a lifesaver. It keeps me and my wife from having to mop and sweep the floor on a daily basis to basically just deep clean, possibly once a month.

It is an excellent help around the house; the Dreame S10 Ultra Gen 2 does an excellent job. I recommend it wholeheartedly—even my cat can't believe what he's seeing!!

Due to the busy schedule it is wonderful to have the vacuum and mop robot go while i am preoccupied working. I wouldn't completely replace mopping of sweeping on weekends, but it helps keep the space nice and tidy. Also friendly for the cat.

After living with the Dreame for a couple of months I have enjoyed it. I particularly like the mop feature. The app and setup are rather simple. After scan of your home its easy to setup geo boarders for any section or room you don’t want it to enter. My personal use has been rather light. But it handles cleaning up crumbles and light dirt with ease. I would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. No more getting on my hands and knees to handwash the floor. Keeps the floor clean and cuts down on the germs. Doesn't bump into things as often as the old robovacs. So far, its taken a cat toy for a ride, and I had to rescue it, but otherwise a fantastic value for me and I recommend it to everyone on my social media or guests at my house.

I’ve been using the LS10 Ultra Gen 2 for a bit now and honestly… I love it. It just makes life easier. I don’t have to think about vacuuming anymore — I press a button (or schedule it) and it handles the mess. My floors actually feel clean, not just “picked up.” It’s strong enough to deal with dust, crumbs, and even pet hair without me having to babysit it. It’s not tiny, but for what it does? Totally worth it. If you want something that works without turning into another chore, this is it.

This has made my life so much easier and floors much cleaner!! It is so smart and does a great job! It is a little bit louder than I thought it would be, but overall not too big of an issue. Great product!!

I have owned several robot vacuums over the past 10 years. Out of the four different brands/models I have tried, this is my favorite when it comes to balance between carpeted and hard floor area. We love that this unit understands the cleaning needs of the surface and fills/empties itself with water as needed. It take a little longer to complete our level of the house, but we feel the cleaning is much more thorough.

Its 10,000 Pa suction and MopExtend arm easily handle edge-to-edge messes, while the self-emptying base washes and warm-air dries the mop pads automatically. Maintenance is remarkably simple - just swap water tanks and replace the dust bag every couple of months. However, its obstacle avoidance relies on 3D structured light rather than a full RGB camera, so stray cables or small floor clutter can still cause unexpected snags.

I am thoroughly impressed with the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2. The suction power is a total game-changer, easily pulling up hidden dirt and pet hair from my deep carpets that my old vacuum left behind. The MopExtend technology is brilliant, as the robot physically extends its spinning mop pad to clean right up against the baseboards and tight corners. I love how it handles mixed flooring—it automatically lifts its mop pads when it detects a rug so my carpets stay perfectly dry. The all-in-one base station makes the whole experience incredibly hands-off by automatically emptying the dustbin, washing the mops, and drying them with hot air to prevent any musty odors. Setting up the mapping in the app was incredibly fast, and customizing no-go zones or adjusting the water levels is very simple. It runs surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is, and the battery life easily covers my entire home in a single session. If you want a sparkling clean floor with almost zero daily effort, this is worth every single penny.

The Dreame L10 Ultra Gen 2 has done an outstanding job so far! However, I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy as I purchased this product on Best Buy.Com and when I contacted them for an extended warranty I was informed I cannot get it as the vacuum was purchased on the Best Buy website through a third party vendor which is written in tiny print on the website. In addition, when I printed out my invoice it only has Best Buy on it and no reference to third party vendor Saphiant. Everyone needs to be fully aware of this if you want any extended warranty as it is not written or visible to the buyer on the Best Buy.Com site that you cannot get it through them. Very unhappy customer!!!!

Very good and complete robo cleaner. High power vacuum and good mop. App interface is very intuitive too.

So far, it’s super! Floors are clean, cats are amused/terrified. It’s good at getting itself out of trouble.
